Easy to use website, quick delivery

Paid for next day courier delivery, sent by 2nd class mail

Compatible inks work with both our professional Epsom and Brother printer. However as we checked out as 'guests' we couldn't track the delivery.

Our order took a long time to arrive. We ordered on a Tuesday. Called customer service on Thursday and they said they would contact their relevant team member.
On Friday we received a one line email from customer service saying they had escalated our 'issue to procurement'. We emailed customer service the next Monday to follow up and got no response. Eventually we received the ink on a Friday, essential 2 weeks or 10 business days. Our printer doesn’t work even if one Ink (like yellow) is empty, so we had to bite the bullet and buy a dupe off Amazon so we can , that worked out £4-5 more expensive that our order with 999inks but it arrived within two days. So now we have ink for the next two years, I guess?

Looking back at my email logs, we had the same issue back in 2024 the last time we ordered from 999inks, so needless to say; SLOW DELIVERY

Easy to order, fast delivery and they work. I have had a problem in the past but it was sorted quickly and with no argument. Have used this company many times over the years and I keep going back as the service is first class.

I ordered Canon printer cartridges, and got them delivered perfectly. Good value for money!

Probably a change in HP’s software that no longer allow non HP cartridges to work in this printer (Hp Envy Inspire 7900 series). Very frustrating. Changed the cartridges, but still had a low ink error message (nothing wrong with the 999ink cartridges I was replacing them with). This is what I purchased from 999inks:

Purchased original cartridges from HP and, of course, they worked fine at twice the price.

Disappointing! I ordered two colour cartridges from this supplier. After running a print test on both of them I found that neither were dispensing coloured ink. After contacting the company I ran a further print test on each cartridge where one of them produced some coloured ink but not the full range of colours required for full four-colour printing. After much back-and-forth I finally got my legally entitled refund, but not before much messing about and excuse-making by the supplier. Avoid this company if you want reliable quality printer cartridges.
