99 acres seller plans are completely fraud. Never ever waste your money by trusting 99 acres. I purchased seller assist plus plan for 6 months and paid around 22k. My plan is going to expire in next 4 days. As of now single visit was not scheduled , just imagine my situation paid 22k and in this 6 months duration even a single buyer not visited the property. 99 acres is completely fraud. The sales team literally kills you with calls and messages until you buy the plan after that they vanish. This is my sincere suggestion and request to every property owner, don’t waste your money by taking sellers plans from 99 acres. They have escalation matrix as well which is useless, I have escalated to 1st point of contact , who is the president of 99 acres but still no use.

We subscribed to a 3-month package on 99acres to claims of exceptional lead generation and market reach. Unfortunately, the experience has been nothing but frustrating and unproductive.

I met Gopal Vignesh 99 Acres area sales manager along with Jagan. Sales manager also gave false commitments and they have good potential buyers in Coimbatore.

He insisted to make the payment immediately by Phone and personal follow ups — high pressure sales tactics.

After payment, the truth unfolded:

As of now only few leads received. Many leads were not real one. Neither No one will answer the call Nor number not in use.

Its look like thrown your money in Dust Bin.

Suraj Shukla from proptiger gave me the pathetic service misguided for pickup and drop but while arranging drop he stopped answering my call and I have to come on my own expenses very very poor service strict action against such people should be taken

I got a call from Krishna Sharma from 99acres who convinced me to purchase their paid plan. He claimed I would receive:

A dedicated Relationship Manager (RM)

Access to a database of potential buyers/tenants

WhatsApp outreach to leads

Regular site visits arranged by the RM

When I raised concerns about 99acres’ poor ratings on Trustpilot and Mouthshut, Krishna brushed them off, claiming those sites "pay people to write negative reviews" – which is a false and unethical claim.

He insisted I make the payment immediately while on the call — high pressure sales tactics.

After payment, the truth unfolded:

I was assigned an RM named Nadeem.

In one full month, only 2-3 site visits were arranged.

I personally followed up with leads and found out Nadeem hadn’t even contacted many of them.

He also ignored calls from interested parties.

When I escalated to Team Leader Disha Sharma, she defended the RM blindly and refused to assign a new one.

I tried reaching Krishna Sharma again — the same person who aggressively sold me the plan — but he completely ignored my calls and messages.

Eventually, I escalated to Senior Manager Neeti Rawath, who asked me to wait one more week for change — a temporary fix with 2 more visits, but the RM's lack of seriousness continued.

In one instance, Nadeem forgot about a weekend site visit, and I had to follow up directly with the tenant — completely defeating the purpose of the paid plan.

Bottom Line:
Extremely poor service
Misleading sales pitches
No proper accountability
Think 100 times before buying any paid plans from 99acres
Don’t trust only the reviews on their own platform. External reviews exist for a reason.

We have listed our property under 99 acres and one of their customer care executives called us to buy their package. When we asked to provide at least one buyer's number before we decide she said, "it is your requirement, so if you want you buy our package only then we will provide service". She was very rude and arrogant. Why do the site falsely advertise free listing

I took package from them back in 2022 but got no response no leads nothing.
Then I got a call from them again in June 2025. They gave me fake promises that it will be good now we have made a better ways to make deals done. So I again took the platinum package believing they might have evolved. Still no response same problem I am facing as I was facing in 2022. No development nothing.

We had a very disappointing experience with 99acres. We paid for their package to sell our property, and before taking the service they assured us that we would get at least 10 confirmed buyers every month. It has been over 3 months now, and we haven’t received even a single genuine buyer.

Whenever we ask for updates, they only give excuses – saying things like the property is under construction or that the price is too high. But the price we listed is exactly as per the builder, so that explanation makes no sense. It feels like they don’t actually care about our project at all; they just want the money.

The so-called relationship manager handles too many projects at once, so there is no proper attention or support. On top of that, they often give false or misleading information. Sometimes they even say no one is viewing the property – if that’s the case, then what’s the point of paying for their service?

Overall, 99acres completely failed to deliver on their promises. I would strongly advise others to think twice before taking their paid packages.

I made the mistake of taking a premium plan from 99acres, and it has been a complete letdown. Their sales team was very active before payment, but after that, it’s been silence. Calls and mails go unanswered, and the so-called “relationship managers”(Sachin ,sales gitl Priyanka) never bother to respond.

I have not received the promised value for the money I paid. It feels like once you pay, you are just ignored. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience.

I’m sharing this so that others don’t waste their time and money. There are far better platforms and services available that actually care about their customers.

Don't ever go for a paid listing with 99 acres. They are cheaters. Taking customers money and not giving service. I went for a platinum listing this year during APril and none of them contacted. Now when I am complaining they are continuosly saying that you all should have complained during that time. But what for did I pay? I should get the service. You all mentioned that you all will follow up and now completely the oppositive. Their tone is just different.

Despite repeated follow-ups from our end, not even a single genuine lead turned up for a site visit throughout the entire subscription period. All we received were generic “reports” and hollow assurances, none of which contributed in any way to closing a deal.
Their initial promises of effective marketing, quality inquiries, and proactive support were misleading and grossly exaggerated. In reality, there was no tangible effort, no accountability, and certainly no value delivered for the subscription paid.
99acres seriously needs to re-evaluate its service standards, because what is being marketed to customers is far from what is actually executed. Very disappointing and absolutely not recommended for commercial leasing requirements if you are expecting real leads and results.

They are frauds who just ask you to take their premium offering and once you do it they don't pay any attention...just will just tell you 1000+ leads generated and all the bull shit but they will do nothing

I bought the premium plan to urgently sell my property as I was facing financial crises. Your salesman Mr. Ankit Ojha promised that he would be there to assist me in all the queries till my plan is active. However, since the day I have bought the plan, I have been constantly trying
to contact but he doesn’t reply to my call and text. He also told that he is not obligated to do so. I never thought I would have such a bad experience with a company like 99 acres. Also, all the leads which have been shown in my profile, most of them are fraud, I have called on their numbers most of them are not reachable or of any random person. Even number of a person who drives a rickshaw was given in the lead. You people have been just making a fool out of innocent people by taking advantage of their situation.

I opted for the premium membership on 99acres with the expectation that it would help me sell my flat faster, as they promised added benefits like PR coverage and active follow-up with potential leads. Unfortunately, none of these promises were fulfilled.

There was no PR support, and no proactive contact with buyers as claimed during the sales pitch. I had to follow up constantly just to get basic updates, and even then, the support was vague and unhelpful. The leads I received were either irrelevant or completely inactive.

It feels like once you pay, you're on your own. This service did not justify the price at all. I expected a professional approach, but sadly, the experience was frustrating and disappointing.

I would not recommend their premium membership to anyone expecting actual assistance in selling their property.

TERRIBLE WORK THEY FORCING SALE MY PROPERTY ON PHONE

Earlier I had housing.com package thought 99acres would deliver better but woahhh, just Pathetic Experience. I purchased the highest package they have to offer with omni ads and everything for 6 months. But the ads got over in 15 days saying impressions got over (I wasn't told there is such a thing called impressions limit).

I got absolutely no results from them. Housing.com gave much much much better at cheaper price. Never Purchase anything from 99acres, you'll regret it.

99acres gave 8 leads : 7 male clicked, 1 female that too Wrong requirement.

Housing.com : 56 leads : 53 female, 3 male.
My god such poor performance from 99acres, never believe the cheesy words and technical fluff from sales people. It's a shit company, shit service. No returns, too !!! Simply money down the drain.

I bought 2 packages from 99 Acres for sale of my properties in Kharar and Ropar. What started off as a bunch of promises from this organization fizzled out into complete set of excuses and stories from their team. Their entire team is quite clueless about inquiry generation and closure of calls.

They are very good at showing data of how many queries have been generated but when it comes to meaningful property responses, they have nothing substantial to show.

The executive assigned to me was highly under confident. His line manager was always evasive. He would never have any authentic response whenever I inquired about my property sale status.

The support team and the escalation team just spoke good English but had no reliable plan of action when it came to concrete results.

99 acres could not sell both my properties and my investment of INR 28,800 went down the drain.

I wish i could have rated them in minus. Once they take your money, they just dont do anything. Most unprofessional people i have come across till date. I had taken service worth 14k for 3 months. Believe me, i wish i would have just donated it somewhere rather than wasting it over this scam company.

Worst customer service and absolute waste of your time and money. Dont go with any plan. If you go with basic plan, they will just make you waste your time and money, doing absolutely nothing from their end. And their useless MBA managers will call you to relentlessly convince to upgrade your plan and take a new package which will also be a total waste of your money and time.
