Really poor service, lack of communication and unhelpful response when I have tried to communicate.

I personally wouldn’t even put a star as a review.

Booked for a hot tub relocation for 19th February for 12 get a message at 12:30 saying can we rearrange for tomorrow. Completely ignored my phone calls.

Then agreed to relocate on 20th Feb, which was extremely inconvenient as people had moved in to our old property. Promised to be there at 12:03 get told at 1pm that they won’t get there till 2:30.

They eventually turn up at gone 3:30.

They did not have the correct equipment to be doin the relocation and at this point already felt like this was a cow boy company.

We then find out that this company have sub out this work to a removal company called Cheshire specialist moves.

Our hot tub was damaged due to the way this has been moved. Andy the man who runs the company was calling in a mug over the phone saying it was damage before collection however he had asked me to send photos oh my hot tub before the relocation and you can clearly see there is no damage.

I have never felt with such an unprofessional company. Shame the website looks so professional

Just shockingly bad service & simply just scammers!
Two weeks of being messed around by this company.
They were supposed to relocate a hot tub for me, messaged to say their vehicle had been pulled over for not having an MOT on the way to my job (they didn’t even have the collection date correct). Day after day of excuses & then when I asked for refund they just ignored & have not refunded.
Total Scammers, I wish I had Googled this company & Jai as I am not the only one they’ve scammed.
Also trade under several other names such as Luso Spas.

Great service from Jay and the team. Moving house is stressful at the best of times but when you have to factor in moving your hot tub it’s another worry.
Jay made everything painless, great communication and good value.
On the day I received a phone call with an eta and when the team arrived Tom and Billy we polite, professional and efficient.

We visited the site as we were looking to buy a good quality used hot tub for our new build house. We were shown various models and it was explained very clearly and helpfully what might work best for us. We agreed on a tub, price and installation date and paid a small deposit. Our build was delayed a couple of weeks and this was accommodated with no issues. On installation day all went smoothly and the lads doing the install couldn't have been any better. All done and dusted really quickly and the tub is great. Just a small issue as we didn't receive a lifter as promised, but this was sorted out for us and they came back and fitted this for us yesterday. I would certainly recommend if you are in the market for a quality second hand unit.

Booked in day and time easily, knew exactly when they were arrived and arrived on time, loaded tub onto truck, secured and on the way to the new location in a matter of minutes, I was amazed at how quickly and professionally they carried this out.
Delivery end was tight for size as no crane access and had to pass under a 2.1 metre roof (other companies said they needed 2.4 metres), Kyle and his co-worker assessed the route, moved it and relocated it without any fuss, both professional and polite. Excellent service and I would highly recommend.
Also the lowest quote I got, some 50% more. Thank you.

They disposed of my hot tub very efficiently and with no complaining. They removed it intact rather than breaking it up. I got a phone call about an hour before they arrived, so I knew the timescale. It was just over a week between the initial contact and the disposal.

I needed my hot tub moving from the front of the property where it had been delivered into the back garden. The price was very reasonable. The 3 guys that came were absolutely fantastic, they had the job done in no time but also tried to fix one of the broken speaker wires. Highly recommend.

Amazing service at such short notice !! Moving house and gave 2 days notice and they were able to pick up and hold until moving in date. Lads who collected the tub were friendly and got the job done quickly. Jay was able to provide updates promptly. Will use again if need and highly recommend!!
