Al saved my property, I will be forever grateful
Al is a fantastic surveyor who quite possibly, saved me decades of my life! I got in touch with him to help identify a course of action to fix a structural issue with my property that meant it was effectively unsellable. He carried out a structural survey, showed me how to proceed, and held my hand (not literally!) throughout the process. He also found the most cost-effective solution to the problems that we had incurred. I'm thrilled to say that his help was absolutely pivotal to getting my property fixed, on the market, and successfully sold. He has now provided me with a thorough structural survey for the property that I am buying, and will be helping me to plan and extension for it in due course. I feel lucky to have found a structural surveyor that is so professional, kind, responsive, and trustworthy, and I know I will return to use his services time and time again. I have also recommended his services to my friends who have had structural issues/concerns and they have been very happy with his help. Bravo!
