Awful customer service
Awful customer service. I’ve got an order worth nearly £100 I need to return. I have emailed and requested a return but not heard anything back. Their terms state I must have requested a return and awaited approval before returning product. How am I supposed to do this when they don’t reply to emails?!

I have found that, since switching to this dog food, my dog has more energy and sends to enjoy his walks more, not as lethargic as he was and generally seems happier and more content.

Discount was removed before payment and I was charged the full amount. I had to refuse the delivery because you could not cancel it and reorder with using the discount code, ensuring that I put it in at the end during the payment part. All a little frustrating and needless.

Very inflexible company. When you subscribe changing or pausing orders because you have built up a surplus is almost impossible and company just make excuses .
Very disappointing as this is a good food who fails to respond to customers wishes
