Abayabuth is the most fantastic Abaya company. The quality can’t be beaten, and designs are just exquisite. There’s something for everyone including cute styles for kids. They have never let me down, delivery has always been on time. When I needed an exchange they were very helpful and understood my urgency for my family’s umrah trip.

Poor quality
Poor quality. I have bought abayas from Abayabuth several times. I have always been very satisfied — the quality was very good. But the quality of the last product I purchased is much lower, even though it was marked as premium in the product description. However, there is nothing premium about it. I am very disappointed.

I ordered abayas that were advertised as "high quality" – what I received was cheap, SHEIN flimsy fabric that looked NOTHING like the photos. I immediately returned the items (at my own expense – £7 out of pocket) only for them to lie and claim there was a "stain" just to avoid refunding me. There was NO stain. The abayas were untouched. Just a pathetic excuse to cheat customers.
What makes this worse is that they market themselves with Islamic values, yet their actions are the complete opposite – lying, stealing, and scamming people out of their money. There is nothing halal or ethical about what they’re doing. Using religion to build trust and then abusing it for profit is absolutely disgusting.
How do you sleep at night knowing your money is earned through deception?
You should be ashamed. May people see you for what you really are. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone – ever. A complete scam operation.

We’re extremely disappointed by the tone and accusations in your review, especially given the facts of the situation.
You ordered two of the same abaya in different colours and sizes. If the quality was truly as poor as you claim "flimsy SHEIN fabric" it’s worth asking why you chose to keep one of them. This directly contradicts your claims and suggests the issue was not with quality, but with sizing. You emailed us stating the following: 'Hi -I would like to return my pink abaya .I wanted size 56 not 58.'
You requested to return one of the abayas, which we accepted without hesitation. However, the returned item arrived with clear stains and was not in a resaleable condition. In line with our returns policy, which is clearly stated on our website, we are unable to process refunds for items that are returned worn, damaged, or stained.
Despite our respectful and professional communication with you throughout, you responded with offensive and inappropriate language toward our team. While your messages included offensive language, we chose to remain respectful and professional in all our responses.
We stand by our decision, and we have documented photographic evidence of the item’s condition upon return. We are more than happy to provide these images to any customer who wishes to see proof of our claims. We do not and will never “lie to avoid refunds” – integrity is at the core of our business.
It is unfortunate that you’ve chosen to make serious and false accusations about our company, including misuse of religious values. We operate with transparency, fairness, and respect for all our customers. We do not take lightly to being called a scam when we have followed our policies and acted professionally throughout.
We encourage anyone reading this to review our customer feedback, policies, and product information, and reach out directly with any concerns. We are always here to help and resolve matters in a fair and respectful way.
Bought a kids abaya
Bought a kids abaya . My child and I were quite looking forward to it . Then got an email that parts of the order are missing and it’s the last in stock . That was extremely disappointing, ofcourse no fault of theirs . The reason of one star is the way they handles their own error. I run a small business , and if something was going to upset my client even if it’s a postage error , I try to make things better for them by recreating from my own pocket. I don’t think I’m wrong in expecting them to match a similar product slightly pricier and they simply declined , only offering a refund as a solution . All that time and efforts wasted , and no compensation for it . Wouldn’t be buying from them again .

We're disappointed by this review, especially as we were fully transparent throughout the process and did our best to resolve the issue fairly.
You purchased a sale item for £18 (Original Price £42.99). When we informed you that the hijab and belt were missing from the last piece in stock, we offered three reasonable options:
Keep the abaya without the missing items,
Select another abaya within the same price range, or
Receive a full refund.
Instead, you requested a different abaya worth £52.99, and expected us to cover the £34.99 price difference, despite the original item being heavily discounted. While we understand you were disappointed, it's unrealistic to expect a business to provide a significantly more expensive item free of charge.
As a small, independent business, we take customer service seriously, but we also have to be fair and consistent. We responded quickly, offered solutions, and handled the situation respectfully. It’s unfortunate that rather than accepting any of the options provided, you’ve chosen to leave a one-star review based on expectations we could not reasonably meet.
We believe most customers will understand that while errors can occasionally happen, what matters is how they are handled and we stand by how we handled this one.

I had such a great experience with this company. Their customer service went above and beyond, they kindly exchanged sizes for me even though they weren’t obligated to, which I really appreciated. The whole process was smooth, professional, and friendly. The abaya itself is beautiful and excellent quality. Overall, I’m so impressed with both the product and the service, and I’ll definitely be shopping here again. Highly recommend!

Perfect luxurious outfits
I can’t express how happy I am with my velvet cape!
It’s actually better in person, it’s so beautiful, the material is really good. I also got an inner dress, the fitting is perfect according to the size chart.
I ordered Monday night, and I already got it by Wednesday, given the fact I’m based in Canada Ontario.

Horrible Returns and Exchange experience
Paid $70 to ship back only for them to decline the return and charge me $20 to send the item back or donate it. I’m not donating $250 worth of clothes. Reason for decking the return? A small white smear of dust. Literally wiped it off after going over it and looking for it. It was barely visible. Will not order from them again. Return process isn’t worth the money spent.
