Sold me shoes that were the wrong size. Then said that the hand made English shoes have a us size on them. Very poor effort.

Great advice and great product

The shoes (both pairs)were a wise buy for me. Theres nothing short of me saying they were brand new. Im sure an added bonus is the fact that abbot's can always buy back the shoes should i grow out of them.

Perfect, the shoes were exactly as stated. If the original box is not available it would be nice if the company could supply their own box, a' la Herrings, not a criticism ,just a thought. It would keep the company's name at the forefront of clients

Some time ago I bought a pair of shoes from Abbot's which turned out not to fit well. The return process was easy and efficient. This time I bought a pair which fit perfectly - I'm wearing them now - and are an amazing bargain. The condition was accurately described. They are like new. The price was substantially less than the cost of a new pair. I couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase. More recently I bought some shoe polish as well, which is excellent.

I bought a lovely pair of Brogues by Church’s (Berlin) but they were half a size too big.
Return completed efficiently.
Bought the correct size “as new”, with box and shoe bags. They were perfect, brand new.
I was delighted.
Been buying Church’s for years.
I paid £890 for my last pair of Consuls, but it’s just too much.
I paid £395. Retail £940.
Such a straightforward decision!
Bravo Abbots.

Great place for quality shoes

Fast delivery via FedEx to Germany. And the shoes are as advertised.

The choice is wide and of good quality. Delivery is firstvclass including.

The shoes are of great quality. The only thing is that the same size guide doesn’t apply to different brands and I think there could be more commentaries on how each shoe fits compared to standard sizes. This is particularly important for international shoppers as the shipping is quite expensive and I had to spend more than I needed to by returning the first pair of unfit shoes and getting a second pair.

But overall, I still ended up getting a pair of high quality shoes at a decent price even after the extra delivery fees.
