Mixed experience.....
Very mixed thoughts about this dealership.
In some respects there are degrees of professionalism, but this was overshadowed by a few negatives that affected the overall experience with this dealership.
Some issues of note:
-Service was supposed to be done prior to car leaving the dealers premises.
I realised after leaving with the car, that the latest service record was not amongst the paperwork.
I chased this, and this was eventually provided.
However, I believe this service record to have been completed retrospectively, and do not believe the minor service was ever actually carried out ont vehicle.
This is of course difficult for me to prove.
Additionally - the service reset was not done in the vehicle.
-V5 issues.
I was assured the dealership would send off the V5 on my behalf, to initiate change of registered keeper.
After having my car for 4 weeks, I realised I'd still not had the V5.
On enquiring with the DVLA, it was apparent that AB Dealers had yet to send off the paperwork for the change.
It is the dealers responsibility and duty to do this, and it is unlawful for them to procrastinate in this way.
Frustratingly, I could have just done this myself, if I'd known there would be such a delay.
I believe the DVLA should fine AB dealers for this behaviour.
I contacted AB Dealers to express my annoyance at the situation, and they said they sell loads of cars & send them off in batches, and that it could take up to 6 weeks, and that I was told this at point of sale.
The latter was a complete lie - I was not told this at all.
After 5-6 weeks had past, and DVLA had still no documentation from AB dealers, I was forced to file a V62 using my green slip, I was then issued a V5 within 4 days.
I had pre-agreed finance with Carmoola.
But obviously it is advantageous to the dealer for you to use their finance, as a commision would follow.
I felt the sales agent was relatively pushy with this, however; they did secure me a better interest rate than Carmoola, and on that basis, I did decide to go with the dealership finance.
I wish my experience had been solely positive, but due to the aforementioned;
my star ⭐ rating is as per above.

Really bad experience
We purchased car from them and very soon we started to have problems.
After doing only 600 miles we had to replace the battery and had service light on the dash. We tried to solve that problem with the dealer but all we had in reply was excuses We purchased proper recommended battery and had invoice as a proof but dealer claims they spoke with Peugeot and we put wrong battery even if we sent them invoice that car has now correct battery. but that was only one of the problems with a car. At the end we took the car to 3 garages to do diagnostic to prove our rights and car has electrical issues for over £1000.
Buying car from this company only caused us stress and problems instead of enjoying our car, not mentioning money we had to spent.
After I left feedback on google I received email from the dealer that they will seek legal advice and they are accusing me for false statement.
but we have report from independent garage that dealer is fully responsible for the repairs and yet they still refusing to do it
they keep blaming us that we broke the car, but report states clearly they are responsible
