Great taxi service
I’ve been an account customer for some while and use the app to book cars. All payments including tipping is done via the app which is perfect.
Cars always on time and drivers always know where they are going. Interaction with the office is also very straightforward either on the phone or via WhatsApp.

Got a confirmation text an hour before pick up and the cab was excellent and in time. There were 7 of us and it was a very comfortable smooth ride to the airport.

10/10 experience-can’t fault
Using regular taxis weekly, I can only speak highly of Abetta taxi firm. They are highly professional and their communication and customer service is exceptional.
On booking weekly taxi I receive a text message with outline oof time. On the day I get a message with car detail and a message to say car has arrived. I have never experienced a driver being late; early (wait patiently ), but not late. Cars are clean and presentable.
I would have no doubt in recommending this taxi/cab firm.

We have used Abbeta cars for years and have never had a bad or even slightly negative experience. Always on time, clean cars and good drivers. Used them this week for an airport run to and from LHR T5 and will be booking next week to London City Airport and back. Certainly takes the stress out of driving, parking etc.

Used for the last time
I have used them for years. This time was different and I will not be using them again. The rude man on the phone throws out terms and conditions and gave me attitude on the phone because I wanted to understand waiting times for my flight landing 20 mins earlier. The flight did not let us off because it came early yet they wanted to charge me without understanding the situation. The main issue was the rudeness from an existing client. Drive was ace though so have to give stars for that...shame about the office being so rude. Very disrespectful and ruined my holidays experience. V selfish

I have been using Abetta for several years and they continue to deliver solid, reliable and friendly service. I had an issue yesterday with a delayed flight which kept changing times and they reassured me they were monitoring the flight. The driver was brilliant - as they all are - and I wouldn’t use any other car service!

Unserious and waste of time . One minute they want to take the payment next minute its an issue for the payment to be taken then ‘cash only’ then ‘no cars available’ honestly i recommend to use Uber instead of this rubbish company

However, you do have the option to book securely through our mobile app, which supports 3D Secure and Apple Pay, even if the card fails our manual verification.
