I've used Abicare Health twice now and…
I've used Abicare Health twice now and they have been helpful with everthing. The first time I used their service, they forgot to put one of the swap sticks into the package, and I emailed them about it, they were able to give me an answer.
And for the second time, there weren't any problem.
I'd say the price is certainly not the cheaper ones, but it's doable (hence the 4 stars).

Really poor service
Really poor service. Had to chase my Day 2 PCR test for days and couldn’t contact anyone via telephone as they never answered! The day 2 test arrived late. I had to pay for a test elsewhere and they are refusing to refund me. I was advised by Kerri even if the test is un used they only refund customers 70% off the test price?! Very conflicting information given, and not a single apology offered. Don’t waste your time ordering from here.

I was a bit skeptical after the recent…
I was a bit skeptical after the recent negative reviews - however, I was pleasantly surprised by the service received. Day 2 tests ordered on Thursday, they arrived on Saturday. I did the test on Sunday morning, posted it online and got my results in a few hours!! This is the cheapest but also most efficient service that I received, and I used at least 4 providers. Will use it again if needed definitely!!
P.s. I don't know the other people here, but you can choose priority delivery and non priority and the difference is only £5!!! I didn't think they would be delivered during the weekend but I got them on Saturday just two days after ordering. They deliver with Royal Mail during the week and DPD during the weekend. If you need your tests asap the £5 more are definitely worth it.

Abicare Day 2 and Day 8 return to the UK tests.
I have used the Abicare day 2 and day 8 kits on two occassions when travelling by British Airways. The kits were received through my door by dpd for my arrival promptly. The online reporting service is brilliant and the result comes back the next day from posting. The booking cost for putting it on the passenger locator form is value for money, not a rip off, and the costs have come down. Strongly recommend.

Asked for a refund five times and still…
Asked for a refund five times and still not received. They still sent the home test kit out even though I told them numerous times I don't need it. They have ignored all my emails asking for refund and I will now be reporting order was ABICA1122946 what a waste of money disgusting customer service.

Do not go near this company.
Back in November 2021, my partner had to go away for a funeral. During this time, regulations changed for arrivals back to the UK, and a day two test was needed to avoid 10 days isolating. I ordered a test from another company and was let down by them. I found Abicare Health online and seemed to be decent.
However, I bought the test on the 2nd December 2021, and their website states that "Your Kits Will Be Processed And Sent Out Close To The Time That Suits Your Rest Requirements."
But soon I found that the tests would not actually arrive until the 6th December 2021, which was far too late. I tried to call them to cancel, and could not get through. So I sent them an email from the address provided on their website, looking to cancel the order.
In total I sent three emails to cancel, all ignored and the test still arrived even though it was useless to us.
I raised a dispute with my bank, but they have challenged this to say I have got what I paid for.
They are taking advantage of the situation, falling short with their promises, are extremely bad at communicating, and still expect payment.
Avoid!

I sent an email to the address provided below as advised, and still have not heard back from them. It is just appalling that they can operate like this.
Update 27-01-2022
One week on from emailing the address supplied below, I have still not had any form of response. The emails I sent back in November and December have still been ignored. This company has obviously failed to meet or keep up with demand, and it's people like me who are footing the bill.

Really disappointed about this company. I shipped my test 2 on 6th January and still haven’t got any result??! This is 4 days now.....absolutely disgrace never waited so long for a test result and I don’t even know if it’s received?!
