Terrible Servers but good customer experience.

I’ve had a really great experience with ABR Hosting so far. I chose them for a VPS to run a heavy modded Minecraft server, and the support has been excellent from start to finish.

Surden personally helped me through the entire VPS setup process — installing Pterodactyl, configuring everything properly, and even assisting with the initial setup of my modpack. He was patient, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to every question I had.

The performance has been solid, and I really appreciate how transparent and honest they’ve been about hardware, expectations, and optimization. It never felt like they were just trying to sell me something — they actually wanted the setup to work properly.

If you’re looking for a hosting provider that offers strong performance and real technical support (especially for modded Minecraft), I can definitely recommend ABR Hosting.

I recommend this to everyone and anyone!! I do not have a lot of experience in hosting a server and ABR hosting was surprisingly easy to learn. The price is great and 100% worth it. I had a Minecraft server for a school club about like a month and abr worked so smoothly. The cancellation took less than a day and they even offered me the next month for free, but i declined. I will for sure be using ABR hosting again!!

I previously had a 1 star experience with ABR Hosting after a disastrous support ticket and a non-working server. ABR Hosting made every effort to see that my issue was remedied, and that their hosting team made adjustments not just for me, but for their entire customer base. Alex personally reached out to me via phone to personally apologize, and made additional efforts after to make sure we were not only taken care of, but duly compensated with regards to our server. Piyarach, their local tech wizard, worked personally late into their night and early the next morning to get to the bottom of the problem with our custom modpack and their hosting service, and we were finally able to get it to run.

We purchased a Forge Minecraft Server hosting service from them, and once it was in working order it ran flawlessly. We did have to remove some mods, VS Eureka and Valkarian Skies, in order to get our service to work, but that was more on the mods themselves than on the service... as EVERY host I have tried before had this issue that they were having - from CreeperHost to Shockbyte.

I think the service is MORE than worth how much it costs to run, and it is incredibly easy to upgrade your service whenever you need it. I give ABR Hosting my highest regards, and would recommend them to anyone looking to run a modded Minecraft server.

Some of the GUIs are a little confusing for a beginner to server hosting, but good prices and incredibly personal customer support (Thank you Alex!!), ABR Hosting is a great choice.

Servers died, money hasn't been returned and generally quality of service is lacking, for same money you can get better service with control panel, intuitive modloaders installation, etc.

Competitive prices, very good communication. I would have hoped for more tutorials on how to set up my server, I am pretty tech savvy and had issues sometimes. I also get issues with connecting to my machine causing errors in file transfers etc. No quick support for those in the USA as they are UK based! Overall though a pleasurable experience.

ABR hosting has fixed all issues mentioned. The support is now easier to access than ever and the knowledgebase expands with each passing day. They continue to be extremely helpful and punctual with all my issues.

ABR Hosting has been a great help to our servers, ABR Hosting is both very cheap and very smooth server. In the past we have been using qfi Hosing which is a scam because it is so expensive it just gives us very limited server space/ram our servers staff team are very grateful for the help ABR Hosting has been giving us and we hope they will continue working with us in the future.

I used ABR Hosting's VPS servers to host a small simulation project I have been working on. I had no problem setting up the server with my own choice of OS and the FTP was quick. I had a small problem with understanding some of the command interface structure but the support team helped me within minutes over the phone.
