Amazing service Abruzzi just got a new customer I ordered my R12 V2 upgrading from an R5 with a pair of custom racing gloves after a slight issue with my post code which was resolved quickly I'm now looking forward to seeing how the custom gloves turn out and go there first for my Sim racing needs

SENT ME A USED MOZA R9 | AVOID

Not happy with Abruzzi. I ordered a new Moza R9, but it arrived in what looks like a used, returned condition. It has a scratch mark on top and the paint on the base has faded. I contacted them regarding a partial refund for the condition and they said because they can't claim money from Moza, I can't be partially refunded for the issue.

Won't be ordering from from this company again.

Hi Nathan,

Appreciate your review, but we feel we need to respond to this one so anyone reading has an understanding on the station. Every item we ship is brand new, as arrived from manufacture.

You got in touch and said that had you opened the item and used it (saying it works great) but that it had some cosmetic issues.

The thing is, as already explained, had you opened it, checked it over, realised there wad damage and got in touch with us (before mounting and using it realising it was damaged) then we'd have been able to deal with this absolutely and probably as a complete replacement.

But because you'd mounted and used the product, we have no legs to stand on and cannot prove this damage wasn't done whilst you mounted or used your item. Your item was delivered on the 3rd March, and you didn't get in touch until the 9th March. Had the item been in use this whole time, occurring damage? We will never know.

You were happy for a partial refund given the cosmetic damage, but Moza wouldn't honour this and we can't pull money from our own pockets to fix every customer issue in a situation like this, especially when there is no support financially from the manufacturer. We'd soon be out of business as you can imagine.

Sorry you feel the way you do, but had this issue been raised in the right order of conduct it wouldn't have been an issue or out of our control.

Have a nice weekend and regardless of the cosmetic issues, hope your wheelbase brings you ultimate fun.

Amazing service

Put in my purchase and made a mistake, Emailed support and instantly gave me a solution with no hassle, they also kept me in the loop of what was available and gave me choices on how to deal with it. By far some of the best customer service ive had hands down.

Less than brilliant

They have a large banner on their website that states all orders before 3pm will receive same day dispatch. I processed my order at 11:30am on Thursday and the email confirmation stated delivery as DPD next day (pre 3pm order).

However this was not the case as the item was not stocked by themselves and this was not made clear on their website.

I booked a half day off work to assemble my new rig ahead of the weekend only to find out that my order with Abruzzi (NLR seat) would in fact not be arriving until Monday.

The customer service was initially frosty and not helpful and then progressed into “oh yeah we’re aware of this…”.

I would not recommend ordering from Abruzzi at this point in time.

Hadn't heard of them, I have now!

Ordered a load of Moza gear arrived next day! Unlike another company rhyming with ET Omega which took a month and I still didn't receive anything. Overall it’s a nice little company that does business well. Special thanks to Andy to packed my order and threw in a couple packs of Haribo and a Virgin wines voucher.

Useless customer service, still don't have correct item I paid for.

Item arrived, was the wrong version of the correct product, I contacted them to no reply as it seems they don't answer emails, but then managed to get into contact through the webchat which then continued through emails. Stopped responding out of nowhere, it's been almost a full month since I first contacted them and still waiting for some response. Further attempts to email, submit new tickets, message their social account for help have done nothing. I'm stuck with the wrong wheel and they've done nothing to help.

*Edit: The ticket system used to try and reply to me bugged and wasn't sending out the emails, until they all came through at once. Issue in process of being sorted so changed review to reflect.

Andy was talking with you on the emails via our ticket system and on the 16th December at 11:20am sent you a free returns label and returns form, and confirmed we have the correct wheel for you on our shelves which we would ship out as soon as the incorrect one was back with us.

Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service. Spent over 2k with them on a complete new setup. Everyone I dealt with has been great and responds very quickly. I forgot to order a critical piece to get pedal haptics working and they sent it out same day free of charge. They also went out of their way to source haptic brackets for the pedals I ordered which they don't normally sell, which they also threw in for free.. Everything arrived quickly, well packaged, can't fault them!

Great customer service

Parcel force lost half the order, within a day of contacting them they had resent the missing half no questions asked

Really good service and very responsive, and competitive pricing

Highly recommend and will be coming back for all my future sim gear

Avoid at all cost

Absolutely shocking customer service,all equipment is overpriced just do your self a favor and chack prices somewhere else you be surprised of the difference!after sale you on our own,try to return Simagic direct drive equipment recomended website by Jimmy Broadband or what ever his name is,after many compatibility issues no resolve what so ever,not even reply to an email,website user friendly my a..e!avoid at all cost!

Helpful team, good products and customer service

A really helpful and knowledge team, you can even go to theor showroom and try most products out and get advice in person.

Always a quick turn around with great customer service, couldn't be more helpful.

Purchased a Moza R3 set for my xbox from them, then a brake upgrade kit andam now in the process of upgrading with a custom PC through them too.

Even had the wife and daughter up to their showroom who also both enjoyed a go at the sim racing too.

Highly recommended.

Ordered a moza r16 V2 and never had a worse experience online shopping. First of all was told that they only sell the latest version only to find out I somehow ordered the version 1 and was made to pay another £20 (which I am still waiting to be refunded) I was told on 7th may that my item would be 2 weeks and I two months later I still hadn't received it. Kept promising me it would be here soon but never arrived and completely ignored my emails once I asked for a refund. I thankfully was able to go through klarna to get the money back apart from the extra £20 I sent which I have now complained to my bank. DO NOT SHOP here .

I cannot give Abruzzi praise enough

I cannot give Abruzzi praise enough. Having dealt with Fanatec for the last 3 years they Abruzzi are a game changer in comparison.
Whereas Fanatec do all in their power to thwart customers when issues arise and the well documented product delays. Abbruzzi have made converting to the Simagic set up such a pleasant experience. And to top it all Simagic equipment is of the highest order. Well made intuitive to use and install. Abruzzi sales team have been excellent and I would recommend them 100%.
Thanks guys I’m enjoying my racing so much more now. It’s a 👍🏼for you all .

Amazing customer support.

Had a query about purchasing MOZA products from Abruzzi and decided I wanted to purchase a KS steering wheel before they sold out again. Abruzzi being a Moza repair centre in the UK really helped with my decision in case of any hardware issues. Evie was very helpful, and personally packed my order and shipped it on the same day as purchase. Customer service was a breath of fresh air after having a poor experience with Fanatec. Will be returning to purchase the rest of my Moza products soon.

Wonderful Custom Suits!

Amazing suits for such an affordable price! Fully custom for both the sublimated and embroidered suits, with a great design made for us. Evie was an absolute star helping us with all the communication and getting us some amazing suits :) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Paid for 24-hour delivery, item arrived late, poor handling of issueI ordered an item with 24-hour delivery…

I ordered an item with 24-hour delivery because I needed it urgently. The seller offered this specific service and I paid extra for it — but the item arrived late. When I raised this, I was told I could only be refunded the difference down to a slower service I never asked for.

What’s frustrating is that the seller keeps referring me to Parcelforce, their courier, and explaining how difficult it is for them to get a refund. But I didn’t pay Parcelforce — I paid the seller. My contract is with them, and the service they promised wasn’t delivered. As a customer, I shouldn’t be penalised or pulled into the logistics of their supplier issues.

They’ve said they’ll raise a complaint with Parcelforce and refund me fully if Parcelforce pays out — but that’s not how fair customer service works. I didn’t get what I paid for, and the refund shouldn’t depend on whether their courier compensates them. It should be based on doing right by the customer.

Really disappointing response over the sake of £8. I won’t be ordering again.
