Robert was a clear and easy communicator, extremely respectful and always responded as soon as possible if not immediately whenever I tried to contact him. I felt I was being treated like a decent human being which sometimes gets lost in the rental market. He also tried to assist above and beyond what I would normally expect (he tried to help me source an unusual method of transport to move my belongings!)
