I have been with Absolute Pest Control for a few. Their service is excellent, their technicians and office staff super. Just had my "yearly" check-up of basement and attic and NO ACTIVITY!!!! I was thrilled to get the report. I would highly recommend their services for all your pests!!!!!

The customer service is excellent. I never have to worry if the technician will come as scheduled. In fact, our technician is Ed. And we will modify our schedule to make sure that Ed is available. He is knowledgeable and does a great job.

I am very pleased with the service from this company. The technicians that have come to my regularly scheduled service calls have been informed, polite, and thorough.

Quick, efficent and affordable. I had a tenant that I had to evict bring in rats. They quickly got rid of them and plugged up all holes and their prices were very reasonable. Plus, they kept me well informed of what they were finding and what needed to be done about it.

My experience with this company was outstanding. These gentlemen took the time to explain everything they were doing, why they were doing it and answered every question I had. I truly believe education is also one of the keys to trust. I have had other services from other companies and they did not come close to what this company offers. They were timely and extremely customer focused. Don't wait, don't hesitate, give them a call.

Unfortunately, our experience was bad. We signed up for annual mice control program and its a sheer waste of time and money. Feedback was given at 2nd visit which was after few weeks of start of program. There was no follow-up from AbsolutePest for 10 months after which I received pestering phone calls to collect amount due. I complained at the poor experience but they do not honor sincere customer feedback. They kept insisting, they did not get my feedback given to their associate at my home. Bad communications on their side and no note-taking for follow-up. They left couple of trays with rodenticide on roof rails and they fell down exposing children to hazardous chemicals. And the mice entryways were not located and sealed permanently. Couple of drain downspouts were stuffed with steel-wool by AbsolutePest and as expected, they came off in few days due to rain storm. So, my home was exposed to mice and we have been suffering. I had to put up my own child and dog-proof bait stations outside my home for perimeter protection and mice traps (child proof d-con and glue pads) inside home. Do not expect them to solve the issue for you.

Great service, professional employees, would suggest to anyone for any pest issues.

The neighbors in my area are having issues with rodents - I called Absolute to have someone come and do a check to be sure I'm ok. Ed came out and was great, explained what he was looking for said that I was good. I took a 4 season contract to be safe - He did what he needed to do and now I know if I ever see anything they will come right out and take care of the problem. I feel way more comfortable knowing I had a professional do an evaluation rather than my guessing and really not knowing. Highly recommend ! Thanks for coming to my mental rescue

Rick is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He has done work for me since 1987 and I would not hesitate to call him again in the future. I have recommended him to many friends, family and customers for years and never have received any complaints. In fact I have received only positive feedback thanking me for referring Rick and Absolute Pest Control. I received a big "thank you" from my sister who had a carpenter ant treatment by Chris and she was very pleased as well. After the first visit, we saw NO mouse evidence after only about 5 days!
Both technicians were friendly, careful and knowledgeable about the process of ridding our building of mice.
I will not hesitate to recommend Absolute Pest Control to others who may need their services.

Again, absolute came out to keep me termite free. Brianna was my inspector this time. She did a thorough job. Checked every trap, put in ant gel when needed. She was very pleasant. You run a nice company Rick. 😁

Been in my house 37 years. Having my second problem with carpenter ants in those years. The first company sprayed some kind of thing that left a powdery residue all over everything. Absolute came and is taking care of things in a clean and efficient way. They had to return in a couple weeks, as I continued to be inundated, but I don't think that's their fault--the weather has been ideal for ants!
Ed is very kind and friendly and seems to be knowledgeable. Plus the company came highly recommended by a friend, which is always a good thing.

Was having a lot of problems with insects in the lawn. Absolute said they had non-toxic solutions to remedy the problem. I have a dog that spends a lot of time in the yard and was assured that she would not be affected by the treatment. Was happy to hear the problem could be resolved without a lot of chemicals.

I've been plagued with rodents in my walls. I could hear them chomping on my house. I put poison out and it quieted down for a couple of days but it started up again on the 3rd day. Called Absolute Pest Control. They came out and did their thing and the mice are gone. It's been almost a full week and they have not returned. Yay!! Very congenial and professional 100%. Thank you so much.

We had two groundhogs in our backyard digging holes to get under or shed. Absolute put out traps and trapped both. We were very pleased with service and would certainly recommend. Thank you,

I recently had to call for service after spotting some carpenter ants on my home a month after their quarterly visit. The phone center was able to find a tech person to come to my house within hours of my call. Hassan, from Absolute, arrived within the promised timeframe. He was courteous, personable and most importantly capable of tackling my situation. He proposed an approach then called his supervisor to confirm. He more than met my concerns for dealing with the issue. He very professional.
