We were very pleased with the service. I called early in the day abut the bees and wasps and they had someone at my home dealing with the problem by about 4:30 that same day. Chris was so very pleasant and explained what he would be doing. He was very diligent in his job and took a good amount of time making sure he sprayed all the areas all around the outside of our home. Very pleased!!!!

I am pleased with the service. The tech was very knowledgeable and, in my opinion, thorough. There was a mice problem in my rental property. When the tech came back for the first inspection and diagnostic to determine where the mice could be entering, he spent time with me and advised.
I would recommend this company for pest control. The tech will be back again in the fall to make sure that all is well and that
there are no mice.
They were also very timely in getting back to me and setting up the first appointment. They do what they say they are going to do.

This rating is solely based off of the quality of the service technician that was sent on Saturday to provide an estimate, and then came back on Tuesday to do the agreed upon work. Josh is not only personable and kind, he is professional and thorough with his work. I felt confident that I had the best working to protect my home thanks to Josh. I had a problem with mice and ants; I was so impressed with the speed and efficiency of Absolute's response. Also, I had a billing question and Barbara handled it immediately as if she had nothing else to do! Absolute's customer service is excellent - it's what customer service should be.
