I had a very disappointing experience with this company.
I was initially given clear assurances about the services they would provide and the results I could expect. Based on those representations, I moved forward and made payment in good faith.
After payment was made, the experience quickly shifted. Instead of delivering the agreed-upon services, I was repeatedly passed between different individuals (From Tyler, to Harvey, to Harry) who were introduced as part of the “leadership” team. Each person acknowledged the issue, assured me that it would be resolved, and promised follow-up calls or next steps.
However, those promised follow-ups either never happened or led to being redirected to someone else. This cycle continued multiple times, creating a pattern where responsibility was never actually taken and no real progress was made toward a resolution. I was more patient than I should have been while being busy running my company.
Communication eventually became inconsistent and has now stopped altogether.
I made several good-faith attempts to resolve this directly, including sending a formal request for resolution and refund, which went unanswered after the stated deadline.
At this point, I have paid for services that were not delivered and have been left without any resolution. I have since initiated a fraud dispute with my bank and will be filing formal complaints through appropriate channels.
If the company chooses to resolve this matter, I am open to updating this review. Until then, I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

I’ve been in business since 2011, and have tried to be on the 1st page of Google ever since. I tried many professionals but never once I was on the 1st page of Google. This time I am working with Harry B and with Nancy. This time feels different. Both Harry and Nancy are very responsive, almost always attends to my questions and concerns the same day. I am with them now for 2nd months and I am hopeful. I will update this review on a later date once I am on the 1st page but at the moment I feel good.
