I had to order a bag of dog food - the process was super easy, choose the brand, select collection and pay for it. Firstly, the system is still telling me that my order is being processed, the order I made and paid for 3 days ago. Only when I had to constantly phone the shop I was collecting from did I learn that there is no stock of that specific dog food. So my question is why take my money, advertise the food as in stock yet there is no stock in the warehouse? This is a complaint of the website and how it is managed, and definitely not of the shop I was to collect from. They have been super helpful, even tracked down a bag of my dog food, fetched it for me and had it ready for me this afternoon. Now that's what I call customer service

These little treats have been amazing for my pets. My two pugs are old and had been experiencing immunity issues. I have been giving them Absolute pet treats for the last 6 months and their immunity seems to have improved drastically. Great job.

The scratch pad has been the solution to the never ending drama of nail clipping! My mini wire hair dachshund loves it and his nails are perfect! I wish I had bought the upgraded version.

Worst company ever! They sent me a spoiled, leaking product and then blocked me on Instagram to stop me from warning others. Such a cheap trick! Never buy cat products from them, the items are harmful and unsafe. Within just 3 days of opening, fungus grew on the package. Their products are dangerous and could poison your pets.

Ordered their supplements and i think the quality is not upto the mark. The chews were hard and felt really old. My charlie didnt event smell it. I order probiotics and joint supplements.

Our dog loves it! I didn't take long for him to understand it, and get into the game. The nails are much nicer, too!

After numerous tries of nail trimming,Our vet had gave us gabbapenten for our 6 month old Pitt mix - I didn’t want to drug a puppy just to have his nails done - that was not happening! I saw this add and ordered it . When it got here , I opened the box , put a treat inside- and within minutes, done - nails smoothed, no fuss , just fun ! Greatest invention! We are even working with our 12 year old senior dog , and she is almost there! Thank you so much for inventing something so simple , inexpensive and effective!

I received the item and instantly changed my mind. I emailed them immediately and asked for a return authorization. I stated it had not been used but box was opened. She told me not refundable because it was considered a “intimate” item and they were not refundable. They are advertising this product heavily so they should be telling the public this is a non refundable item.

Not returnable even if unused. When you write a review on their page they verify if they want to post it.

I love it! So easy to get his nails trimmed and a little mental stimulation as well! I only need the front ones done. His back ones wear down naturally on walks. I don't put mine vertical. I put it on the floor horizontally and make him open the door for a treat.

Writing this pre disptach. Seems their existence is just to pull the money from customers. I ordered on Monday and there is no sign of disptch. Today is 4th day. They donot pick up the calls after 6pm. They will not reply to your emails. No call after placing the order, only I am chasing them. Pathetic customer service. You claim to be Aimed for something, what is your aim, god knows. First impression is last...I have big doubt if your products are effective or you are as usual a commercial organization

This is the best tool for nail grooming & it gives him a mental & physical work out. He took a nap once finished. LOL. WONDERFUL CREATION!!!!

Please be careful when going to Absolute Pets Cantenbury Crossing. I had a stressful situation there today where I purchased goods and was charged by my bank for them. After leaving the store the staff member serving me Tsogo (I think is her name) came rushing after me asking if the transaction reflected on my side - which it did. After being told it was not reflecting on there end I went with her back to the store where I was told to sort her pay again or leave the items I purchased behind - despite having paid for them. I was told by Tsogo, who called her manager, that the first amount would be reversed within an hour and if it didn’t I should come all the way back to the store tomorrow to get a refund.
I felt like I was being kept hostage for something I didn’t do, naively believing the amount would reverse I paid again. Tsogo assured me she would contact me within the hour to check if it had come back into my account. Of course she did not call. I called the store four hours ago and she told me she would send an email to the bank immediately. I asked to be copied. Needless to say - no email came my way.
I have never experienced such unprofessional behaviour from an established store before. Now the onus is on me to fix this. They fkd up my Sunday and now my coming week which is likely to be spent fighting for my money back.

My Lucy has terrible separation anxiety and these Absolut pet beds really calmed her down! I swear by them especially when I have to leave her at home for long hours. Recently tried their nail files & probiotic chews and oh boy they were a big hit with Lucy! Her sharp nails are no more haha and the chews seem to keep her allergies at bay so far.
My go-to pet brand for Lucy’s lifestyle.

The customer service is very friendly and their nail file and paw beds are very good quality! This brand really has worked on their quality and research for dog well-being. My Bruno loves the beds and only files his nails using this scratch pad

Absolut Pet’s scratchboard has really been a game changer for me and my dog, Kota.
Kota had a negative experience getting her nails done at the vet, and since then she has HATED her front paws being touched.
I tried out the scratchboard and nearly cried of happiness. It was so easy for her, stress free, and even rewarding (with the treats).
I no longer have to make her distressed or uncomfortable to maintain her front nails.
I’m so grateful for this board and would recommend it to anyone with a dog.

Product is poor quality. They claim fur bed is xlarge but my standard poodle who is 60 pounds could not fit. They also claim dogs up to 100 pounds. They are lying and manipulating consumers. I assume all product is coming straight from China. Buyers beware!!!

If I could choose zero stars I would. This company is just a bunch of scammers. I ordered the 3D paw casting kit and followed the directions perfectly that I received with the kit. The mixture that was supposed to be what I used to cast the mold ended up being nothing but clumps that I couldn’t do anything with. I reached out to the company via email asking for a replacement or refund. I got one response asking for pictures which I sent to them and didn’t hear back, even though I followed up with two emails. I tried reaching out again via the website. I got a response asking to give them 2-3 business days, a week later I still hadn’t heard back so followed up with an email. Again, I got no response. Messaged them on Instagram. No response. Followed up with another email, no response. The website also says they guarantee results. Clearly they don’t stand by their product. I spent $70.00 on this product so I could have a 3D castings of my two cats with terminal illnesses paw prints and they just don’t care. I don’t think it’s too much to ask to receive a replacement or a refund so I can have these paw prints for my pets that won’t be around much longer.

I have been waiting a month now for my two dog beds. I receive generic e-mails and some ridiculous YunExpress tracking stating the pkg has arrived at a USPS facility eleven days ago! And that is it. I have a bad feeling that I am never going to see the beds and I spent good money on two XL beds.

I wish I could give them less than 1 star. The dog bed came almost 3 months after it shipped - it shipped before the pandemic hit. I could look past the shipping delays if it wasn’t for how AWFUL their customer service team is. Rude, unhelpful and not interested in helping resolve the issue.

In terms of the product, I expected better quality considering the price point. It is also smaller than I expected (I read the size guide and measurements before ordering) and neither the dog nor cat seem interested in it.
