Well first of all i have never even received the order and i already have to give them a rating.

Had brilliant service from Acardi. This is not the first time I have ordered jewellery with them. I ordered the wrong size ring and the customer service team were very helpful and explained that I could order another one free of charge and keep the old one to prevent excess emissions caused by sending the first one back. Overall very happy with the jewellery and the service I received! I will definitely be ordering again.

I love all the ring that you do but i have been waiting for my package to come since 23/11 we are the 11/12 it will be one mounth soon and i have no news
