I want to share my experience with Access Living Australia, an SDA (Specialist Disability Accommodation) provider in Australia.

In my opinion, the company focuses heavily on attracting SDA participants but does not show the same level of care or consideration for investors. Based on my experience, I would not recommend doing business with this company.

This is specifically about Access Living Australia, and I am not confusing it with another company. I encourage anyone considering investing with them to do their own research and seek independent advice before making any financial decisions.

This organisation is not to be trusted. They encourage builds in areas that are not viable through their sales agents, engage during build regarding tenancy and
"referrals" for NDIS participants to tenant your property and all the while deny that this is their role, because the contract does not stipulate they do this. Deceptive and misleading conduct at its finest. Victorian Civil Administrative Tribunal case pending.
