My credit card was charged, and I have no contact info for who I am supposed to work with for my EDGAR filing. No follow up from whoever is working with me. I had to pay in advance and I don't know what to do. They said someone would email me, but that did not happen.

Before you even realize that they are unable to help you, you have to sign up for their program and you cannot get your money back. Avoid this place like the plague. Terrible customer service, terrible results. This was a giant waste of our money.

Accesswire Review: Unacceptable Service and Scam
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. After placing an order and paying an extra $100 USD for a article in USA Today, they informed me that the magazine was not available. Despite this, they refused to refund my money. To make matters worse, they blacklisted my account, removed it entirely, and have not responded to my calls or messages. This experience has been highly frustrating and feels like a scam. I strongly advise others to be cautious and avoid dealing with this company.
