Accountipro said they could help me remit my city and sales tax, remit taxes to Canada for products on our website and do my bookkeeping. Instead, I had to sign up for a tax class to do the U.S taxes myself, they set a bunch of rules in Quickbooks and numerous transactions were not accurate. They said they had to research Canada for th taxes even after telling me they knew how to do it. They wanted me to go through and make a list of all the errors in the transactions. I'm not sure what I was paying them for if I was doing all the footwork. In addition, I gave them everything they requested to complete my 2023 taxes 3 months ago and they still aren't done. I truly regret trying Accountipro. $1000 to "clean up" my Quickbooks. At least when I was doi g them they were more accurate.

UPDATE after firing Accountipro, I handed my book keeping over to another company. Even after I fired them they are still withdrawing unauthorized funds out of my account. My new accountany sent me screenshots showing that nothing had been done for June and July and there was no cleaning up of my Quickbooks which means Accountipro charged me $1,000 for nothing. They refused to refund me even though I let them know I would be reporting them to the BBB, Attorney General, and The Federal Trade Commision. This company is a straight up scam, don't let them steal your money.
