(Edit) You're sorry the way this review went. You weren't sorry when screaming down the phone swearing at me & telling me to never contact you again, Hence I went to Trading Standards then after 2 months it had to be escalated to Court, & I see by your reply you still don't understand the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Your are legally bound to recover the vehicle, so you didn't do anyone any favours.

If there’s ever been a garage that gives honest car dealers a bad name.
I purchased a White Mini Cooper s 2011 in January 2026, within 48 hours serious issues began to appear. The engine management light came on, the engine was rattling and excessively noisy, and the oil was contaminated with brown sludge, which returned even after it had been cleaned. The clutch was also severely worn and slipping, making the car difficult to drive.
On top of that, an HPI check indicated the mileage may have been rolled back. None of these issues were disclosed at the point of sale.
I rejected the car & arranged for it to be returned, but what followed was over two months of back & forth. Communication or lack off, this was extremely difficult, including being shouted at & sworn at. Even after the car was collected, I was ignored again until the matter was formally escalated. Only then did Ace Motors offer to settle outside of the escalation process.
I strongly advise anyone considering buying from this dealer to carry out thorough checks on both the vehicles & the company. There appear to be multiple concerning issues that should not be overlooked.
