I’ve been dealing with Achieve for sometime now and so far my experience has been amazing. My latest agent I’ve dealt with was Jeremy and he has been beyond amazing. He has explained all my options and found me the best outcome. I would recommend Achieve to assist you in paying off debt. They really are great!

I really enjoy how the dashboard is set up and makes payments easy. I don't like how they penalize you for paying your bill 1 to 2 weeks early. I paid my April 22nd, 2026 on April 2nd, 2026, which is 20 days early and I even put extra money on it since I should have it paid off by Oct 2026. I then was notified today May 4th, 2026 with treating debt collection emails that I was 10+ days over due on my April 22nd bill despite paying it early and on time as usually.the customer service made me feel like a criminal as they rid there right to collect a debt to me, even though I had and showed proof of my early payment. The whole thing made me feel dirty and disrespected as I always make my payments on time. Still waiting to see if there little collection stunt will hurt my credit score. For me the trust with this company is gone as I can not respect a company who treats me like a criminal despite always paying my bill on time every month. I would not recommend them based off my experience with there uncalled for collection threats and poor customer service.

I started applying at 2 other companies. The first was my mortgage company and that was coming to a dead end. I even had to pay them $250 that I won't get back. After that tried this company and another one like it. I did it at the same time. I would still be dealing with it through any others. Instead got my lump sum in no time with a much better rate. The process was very easy. Everyone involved was very helpful. Thanks so much. I appreciate it.
