Training content is decent, if a little outdated, went through MD-102 mid 2025, the last update of content was late 2023.

Website is also a little clunky, appears to be several portals/pages linked together, but not full yintegrated.

The learning experience has been great. I feel prepared for my upcoming CompTIA Linux+ certification exam, and I am excited to learn and study for more certifications. The labs included with every course are very helpful to get real-world experience with the topics. Nothing beats learning by doing. The video lectures do a good job being engaging and fun while also delivering the relevant information.

One complaint I have is that it was somewhat difficult to sign up for the ACI Learning service, and managing billing is a bit confusing.

Great way to learn. As someone with ADHD, their style of teaching makes me focused and actually learn. Hands down the best.

Well-designed episodes. ITPROTV is setup like a netflix but for studying various areas of informational technology. It includes, closed captions, transcripts, pre-written notes, practice test, and virtual labs.

The quality and comprehensive content of the courses are excellent preparation for certification, I also like the delivery by the Edutainers. Additionally, the labs are also excellent value as they walk you through the content with explanations so you can learn as you go to gain the practical experience needed for on the job and and for certification requirements.

Good for learning and able to pick up at personnal pace.

Great presentation and real subject experts

I apreciate the various learning tools that are available. These learning tools provide you with a well-rounded educational experience.

I’ve used ITPRO.TV from a different website in the past and I was really a fan of the presenters and how they go through the material. I’d always used a different website but now that the courses are on ACI Learning I like the format. Overall it’s a better platform than what I was using. I’ve used their content and have passed COMPTIA ITF+ and A+ part 1 so far.

I hate that there are no new courses. That was the best way for me to learn anything in tech. The conversations between the eduetainers. I've tried other resources like Dion and Mike Chapple but ACI and Total Seminars were the best for me and neither is recording new videos now.

The content is helpful and the instructors are knowledgeable able.

Exspensive lessons that are non immersive. Opted to study from another source.

So far so good , content is really good and I’m looking forward to using this platform to further my education .

You can find everything you need, including training videos and labs, as ACI Learnings has recently enhanced their lab offerings.

During Video playback and during chats with an agent, it would give an error and I would then have to log back into the site or with the agent chat I had to click on "reconnect" cannot load new messages after every message that I sent. I then told the agent this and all they said was "well we cannot recreate the issue sooooo sorry. I asked for to be cancelled and a refund to which I was denied. How and why pay for something if you have to spend more time relogging into the site than you do watching a video. The labs are also trash as they are VERY laggy and doesn't really help to learn anything.

I would not recommend this site to ANYONE for any type of training/learning as the videos seem like they are made in someone's basement and very poor quality.

This service is great! me and my team have spend a lot of time listening to the great experts. It has boosted our knowledge greatly and i am really thankful for that.

The most positive thing is that every lesson does not feel like a boring class. The teachers speak with great interest about the subject and i think anyone can learn from them.
