I have been renting a property from Simon and Terry since last year October and since moving in, they have been very helpful and good with communication, they both get things done that need to be done with no hesitation, they have been very supportive regarding any minor issues we have had, it is very nice to be reassured and comfortable in your own home.

ACOM manage two properties for me. Their knowledge of the market is second to none and they have dealt with any issues on mine and my tenant’s behalf immediately.
Simon made recommendations for adjustments whilst renovating a flat and is clearly well experienced in dealing with builders, architects and the planning process.

Overall really good, there were some problems with the house which were unforeseeable, but they responded well and promptly to get them sorted out. Not much contact the rest of the time as didn't bother me when it wasn't necessary.

Really great to rent from. As soon as there is a problem ready to get it sorted. Always on hand and always reply’s to messages. All round great people 😊
