Natalie at Acre went above and beyond…
Natalie at Acre went above and beyond when DPD made a mistake with my order (ie it didn’t get delivered). Natalie monitored the situation all afternoon to see whether she could arrange with DPD to get it redelivered. When DPD said they couldn’t, she arranged a new delivery of my goods so that I didn’t have to cancel any appts. A god send this close to Christmas when everyone wants their treatments!
