Over the years, I have had the opportunity to purchase other homes ands property. I must say, of all the mortgage companies I could do business with Active Link’s process was absolutely the easiest. What contributed 90% of this not being a stressful affair, is the quality of employees Active Link Mortgage has. I was fortunate to have three of the most helpful ever! For example; back in November ’23 we pursued a VA Interest Rate Reduction Refinance Loan (IRRRL) to capitalize on a lower interest rates. I didn’t even know about the program, but she was well-versed in all of its features. This streamlined effort (at least from my perspective) was virtually seamless. Mallory and her team — made things easy — so my trepidation was non-existent — and I appreciate that.

This is the best team that I have found! They are responsive, always available and all questions are welcomed!! This is our second time using Matt’s team, I recommend them to family and friends! I will never use anyone else. Closing and funding has always been very quick! I call them the A team!

Easiest refi ever. Few phone calls, e-sign all docs. Closing in 10 days or so. Funds released in 4 days. Support folks were on top of everything and accessable at the drop of a hat. I will use them again should the opportunity present itself.
