They are selling stuff which is out of stock. They didn't bother to inform me that there will be a delay in delivery or asked if I'm OK to wait.

The goods I ordered were perfect, the delivery though was a little random though as, having tracked it from France without any issue, despite being at home but uncertain of the final stage of local delivery, the delivery was made silently without any signature required and deposited in my porch (safely)!
However...I would have had no recourse to action, according to the T&Cs in the case of damage in transit or other defect on receipt, unless I refused/returned it directly with the delivery courier, which, given the nature of the final delivery would not have been possible in this case

Item arrived ok but wanted to change

On investigation turns out acycles.co.uk - despite having uk web address - is based in France, ships from france and returns back cost a fortune

Wasn't sure about buying from Acycles having read some of the other reviews. However their price was much lower than anybody else, so I decided to take a punt. I am pleased to say the parts arrived within three days of ordering, and this was during the last week before Xmas. Would definitely buy from Acycles again without hesitation.

I purchased some items for my husband for Christmas, in time for Xmas delivery. I waited and nothing turned up. On contacting your customer services I was advised one item was out of stock which delayed the other item until it had come back into stock, nobody had bothered emailing me to inform me of this decision. I informed you that the other item was needed to be with me before Xmas otherwise the order was to be cancelled and a change of delivery address was required. Neither happened and a very late Christmas present arrived after Christmas. Not prompt in answering messages and clearly do not action what customers ask of them. Review of your customer service team is needed. A disappointing Christmas purchase I’m afraid!

Disappointed that the item I ordered was not actually in stock and so was eventually offered an alternative colour. Only found out that there was an issue when I messaged, because after several days, I had not been notified of any dispatch. However I was offered an alternative which I accepted and fortunately the item arrived on Christmas Eve but was a bit stressful because again, I wasn’t notified of it’s dispatch, despite being told I would be able to track the delivery online. Anyway, My son is very happy with the product and it was competitively priced.

Ordered on the 2nd of December, said delivery would be 5-7 days, no mention of not being in stock or anything else on the website. Finally turned up on the 24th of december.

Spoke to someone there who said firstly they weren't sure why it hadn't been dispatched and then it had been dispatched.

Products were the cheapest on the net but if you are in a hurry I'd stick to the other website companies. Probably won't be using them again.

Very disappointed as I was not informed that my order was not in stock I got in touch 9 days after my order was placed for them to say it would be in stock the following day and they'd get it to me ASAP I ordered it on the 2nd of December and received my order on the 21st December extremely disappointed

Very good prices and efficient delivery. Interaction with Customer Services was a very positive experience.

Stock issues not in stock and I did receive any email tell me why my parcel was very late.
