First off the merchant is a fraud. Rude and corrupt. I am a sr citizen and he stole my money. The watch would not pair. Tried for2weeks. He kept saying nothing wrong with watch thousands have been sold and no problem. There was a problem. I had it financed thru affirm. Disputed 2 x and they say it is t am responsible for the watch. I sent watch back and have tracking number. And still no refund. His name is John miller and he stole my money. I am going to get my refund. 75 dollars is a lot for a sr citizen to lose. Taking food out of my mouth.

Cheaply made watch. Had mine for a month and the band broke. When I ordered another band a code came up for a free watch band. Adapt Watch would not honor this code and cancelled my order. When I reached out to customer service I was told I could get another band for free. This was weeks ago, still waiting on it. Definitely would not recommend this watch, very poor quality.

Never received watch battery charger.. no response from adapt ---- don't bother with this company ----- save your money.

DO NOT BUT THIS CRAP WATCH!!! I got this as a gift for my wife and I wish I would have come to this site first because everyone that has rated this crap watch a one is telling the truth. Please save yourself the money and the frustration.

I purchased this watch because I am 77 yrs old and need a watch I can call out on just in case I fall...I have Never been so treated so badly by any customer services.
I received the watch and wore it for 1 day the battery died, sometimes it works and sometimes it dont...It seems to have a mind of its own...I did not feel safe because of this...after e-mailing customer service they told me they do not refund, told me I am stuck with the watch...so I am out 100.00 and back to looking for a better watch that can help me...
They told me nothing is wrong with the watch and no refund will be issued...I do not want another watch of the sane thing...
They did offer to replace...BUT...I would have to e-mail a video showing what is wrong,, mail watch back...but will not give me an address...
I just want a watch that is dependable. BUT NOT FROM ADAPTWATCH...JUST MY 100.00

I am very disappointed in the quality of this watch. That's about the only function that works. I've tried to get information on how to get a refund but to no avail. This is the worst purchase that I ever made.

This looks like a great smartwatch, but be aware! It probably has more functions than you thought. BUT, it has NO instruction manual, and it is not at all intuitive! There is no way to control the volume for the watch. There is no vibrate function. There is no way to chose which functions that appear on the watch face. At least, if there are ways to do these things, there is no instruction available as to how to do it. Damn shame as it is a nice looking watch with a ton of functions. Great idea, just not ready for prime time.

This is a toy. Tells time if connected to app. Tells blood pressure occasionally, but it really shines in step counting. It outdoes everything by counting about 5 steps for every one I take.

Don't waste your time or money. I contacted them a couple of times because the pedometer would not reset by day. They said reset the whole watch, which erased everything. The watch face is not responsive and is very frustrating. This watch does not work without connecting to your phone, but it doesn't do that well. Sleep data was useless. Sent it back for a full refund per their consent 9/2/2012. It is now 9/21 I haven't recieved any communication from them. This watch is a scam and the company is. . . please stay away--I wish I did.

If you want a watch that does absolutely nothing, this is for you! The watch can’t tell the right time, loses connection with your device, and has 0 functionality. I originally purchased it for exercise, but the only exercise options include sports- like football.. who is playing football while wearing the watch? I also can’t count calories which is why I wanted l the watch. The watch disconnected from my phone and it can’t even reconnect on my watch. I’d rather throw the watch away than continue to wear it since the app it connects with barely functions and doesn’t include any rules or steps to fix the watch.

This website (adaptwatch.com) sells unbranded fitness trackers at 2 to 3 times the going rate. An adapt watch is so far as I can tell indistinguishable from a watch sold under the name Colmi P8. Around $30.00 at Amazon and Walmart, $16.00 at aliexpress.com.

The contact address they give is in Illinois but the watch shipped directly from China. They claim 4-5 day U.S. shipping time and it took longer than that just to reach an international airport by way of Hong Kong. I suspect they just order the fitness tracker from a cheaper website and pocket the difference. I can't prove it but that's what I believe.
