I'm having a great time working with ad badger. I started off with having them coach me 1on1 for my PPC and eventually I moved over to their software. The coaching was informative and gave me a good foundation to understand Amazon PPC better. Every once in a while I wish the software loaded faster, but I'm always able to get my tasks completed

Good software not so good agency
In the past, we have found AdBadger software to be useful and appreciated the valuable content created by Mike and his team on YouTube and their podcast. Based on these positive experiences, we decided to hire them to manage our Amazon PPC. Unfortunately, the results were disappointing. Our account manager was lacking in communication regarding strategies and reports, and our weekly calls seemed to be a burden for him. As an agency, there was no proper channel to escalate this issue and we had to reach out to the salesperson who onboarded us, as well as the owner Michael, but received a standardized response without any efforts to resolve the problem. Despite paying a significant amount for their fees and spending a lot on Ads with an 80% ACOS and a terrible overall experience, we had to part ways with AdBadger.

This is on the best Amazon PPC software I have ever used.
Its a perfect mixture of Auto and Manual PPC management. Bulk bidding tool is the most suitable feature for those who have bigger data to handle.
Despite having some features missing, Ad Badger gets the job done for you in a very convenient way

I've been using AdBadger for about a…
I've been using AdBadger for about a year now and have been very impressed with the team and the software.
I started with their coaching program where I got paired up with one of their campaign managers and we had about 6 sessions together before I signed up with the tool.
At first it was a little slow because my data was importing and I have a very large account. In a few weeks they moved me to a bigger server and my campaigns are very fast to load. I have about 25,000 keywords and can view all of them in about 5 second.
Overall, my ACoS is where I want it and I can book a call with them easily to talk about campaigns.
Im surprised they aren't even more popular because I was on a big name tool that I was very disappointed with but adbadger really goes above and beyond for you.
