Excellent service! Anton did an incredibly in depth survey of a property I was looking at purchasing. Unfortunately the property wasn't up to the standards I was hoping for. Decided to go back with ADC surveyors for my second property as the first survey I had done was so well done.

I spent a long time searching for well reviewed Surveyors and actually asked Chat GPT to give me a list of 5 best rated in the area. ADC came up as the 1st. I was a little reserved at first due to me being a first time buyer and the limited reviews, however they have not disappointed. The value of the Level 3 survey was very competitive and they were able to complete the survey the same week! Anton did the Survey Friday, I received a call on Monday to discuss key points and the full report was sent on Wednesday! Very fast service and the survey is very thorough. Choosing ADC for the RICS Level 3, has most likely been one of the best decision I have made all year.

Hats off to Anton, he went the extra mile. First off, he returned to the property the following day (although he did not have to) to gain access to areas he could not on the original viewing/inspection. Secondly, he found time within his busy schedule for an in depth discussion with myself, about the survey and his findings, right after completion, whilst all fresh and front of mind. His advice was invaluable.

You can see for yourself this company has a wealth of knowledge and experience - honestly this was a 10/10 and perfect service. I could not be happier.

The survey was carried out quickly, thoroughly and the full report followed shortly thereafter. Anton was great at explaining everything and I felt free to ask as many questions as I liked. The property in question is very old with many outbuildings but this was no problem for Anton. I couldn’t have been happier with the service I received.

Anton conducted a level 2 survey of a house I’m in the process of buying. I couldn’t fault the service by him and the office team that dealt with my enquiry from start to finish. Booking was straight forward, the pricing competitive and they liaised directly with our estate agent on entrance to the property to save us the hassle. Once the survey was complete, Anton called me the next day to take me through his findings in layman’s terms. The survey was very thorough and gave me all the information I needed. The written survey was then sent over the following business day. So impressed with the service, turn around time and overall survey by ADC. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
