Addheat were great. Good advice from the office, kept in touch, came on time, pleasant fitter, fitted good towel rail quickly and tidily = Happy customer, would return.

Excellent service from initial quote from Adam to the several days Mark spent installing our new central heating. He and the three apprentices he worked with were all professional, polite, thoughtful and informative.

Honestly could not be more disappointed with this company. Having spent hundreds of pounds supposedly fixing our underfloor heating it still doesn’t work. Tried several times to get them to come and sort it and they honestly couldn’t care less. Their main purpose when arriving at my property is to leave as soon as possible and promise they will return (which they never do). Complete waste of time and money.

Addheat installed my new central heating system last year; they were professional, meticulous, extremely tidy and a pleasure to deal with. As it was time for the boiler to be serviced and I was also having a minor problem with it, they were the obvious choice to have back. The engineer arrived on time and did a thorough job, apart from the service he went to great lengths to resolve the issue I had reported. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will certainly have them back when needed.

In a recently occupied property, we were experiencing scalding hot water in the showers and taps which we could not rectify as our system is extremely complicated. The engineer from Addheat arrived at the allotted time, identified and rectified the relevant issues immediately. The Addheat customer service was excellent and all personnel friendly and helpful

Stan from AddHeat arrived on time and remembered his previous visit. He is most pleasant and polite and could not have been be more thorough in his inspection and testing of the system once complete, even checking that radiators were air-free. I would give his service a complete recommendation.
