Very happy with my experience so far with ADHD certify. Nothing has ever been too much trouble for them. From the initial assessment with Kerri, who was incredibly reassuring, and calming, which made the whole process feel much less daunting. To the medication reviews with my clinician Annisah, who has been so carefully helping me settle onto the correct medication and dosage. She's been really attentive, and never rushed the appointments so I always finish knowing the next steps etc. Nothing about the process I've found unclear, all information has been online prior to starting so I knew what I was getting into cost wise etc and any queries or concerns have been dealt with swiftly and nothing ever seems to be too much. Im really happy with the professionalism and care I've received. I was at total breaking point before reaching out to adhd certify, as waiting for my gp was a horrific process, of being fobbed off or misdiagnosed with anxiety/depression only for them to wonder why nothing ever helped or worked. All I can say is I finally feel seen and understood, and there's no surprise that I'm having such positive effects from my medication, so I'm confident in my diagnosis from adhd certify. I can honestly say I'd be in a total different place now if it wasn't for the support of Kerri and Annisah. So thank you both.

Annisah was very thorough in telling me about ADHD mediation as I was initially wary about them. She answered all my questions in a clear manner. She is very friendly and polite.

ADHD Certify were prompt and comprehensive with my assessment, being attentive to my needs during my assessment with a kind and caring attitude. They also required me to completed an intensive questionnaire prior to my assessment which has added to my certainty of my diagnosis.

They have also been very supportive during my medication journey, with a very responsive support team helping to quickly find appointments and support to aid me when medications did not suit me.

In addition, their pharmaceutical team/medication team have also been very attentive to my needs and have done everything they can to support me whilst being very intelligent and cautious to find the right medication for me without causing harm.

Holly is very professional and she understands what’s I’ve been experiencing in the last 27 years and she takes a bit of pressure off you. She does not rush through things and I now have a better understanding why I act or react or do things in a certain way. Im looking forward to learn and to see how to make things work better for me and hoping holly has given me the right advice and confidence looking forward to see abit of light at the end of tunnel and feel some relief and energy. I had my ADHD assessment with Toni and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

From the beginning, Toni made me feel comfortable and listened to. She was patient, understanding and explained everything clearly, which made what could have been quite an overwhelming process feel much easier.

Receiving my diagnosis of combined ADHD was a really significant moment for me, and I’m genuinely grateful for the way Toni handled the assessment and communicated everything with me. I never felt judged or rushed, and I felt like she actually took the time to understand me rather than just going through a checklist.

I came away from the appointment feeling relieved, understood and, for the first time in a long time, like some of the things I’ve struggled with finally made sense.

Kerri was fantastic and very profesional!

I cannot recommend Rizwan highly enough, especially if you have comorbidities or a dual diagnosis.
My case was taken over by her because I have a dual diagnosis of BPD and PTSD. I had previously come off all my medication as I believed the BPD diagnosis was incorrect. Many people get stuck at this stage because prescribers are understandably cautious. However, NICE guidelines do allow stimulants to be prescribed carefully and gradually for someone in my situation.
It was frustrating having to jump through the extra hoops, but we did. This meant more frequent appointments (once a month for six months), which made the process more expensive. After those six months we found the right medication and dose — for me it was straightforward as I already knew I wanted 30 mg Elvanse, a relatively low dose.
I was then given a six-month prescription at the earliest opportunity, which eliminated the extra appointment costs. I was very grateful for that. Rizwan has also initiated shared care in the UK. ADHD Certify handled everything required on their side, so I didn’t need to do anything.
Overall the process looks to come in at around the £2k mark over 12 months, which isn’t the worst, and the juice is absolutely worth the squeeze. I’m now back in employment and functioning as a human being again.
I would specifically recommend requesting Rizwan if you have comorbidity or dual diagnosis. Be prepared to jump through the hoops they set — they are there for a reason. I’ve read other reviews from people in similar situations who never got a solution. Rizwan is the most booked-up clinician, so prepare to wait.
She will require you to be clean of narcotics, self-medication, and antipsychotics before starting the process, and she will only proceed if she deems it safe. I had a bit of back-and-forth at the beginning because I had already cleaned myself and was unmedicated. Rizwan took the case after I complained and quoted the NICE guidelines. ADHD Certify have since addressed and improved this aspect.
Rizwan deserves a solid 5 stars. The clinic is somewhat costly but very transparent throughout.

I recently had my ADHD assessment with Hayley, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Hayley was incredibly welcoming, patient and, most importantly, a great listener. She was really receptive to everything I had to say and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the assessment. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her job and the people she works with.

I’ve been putting off getting assessed for years, so finally speaking to someone about the issues I’ve been facing has taken a huge weight off my shoulders. I’m now genuinely looking forward to the next steps.

The process with ADHD Certify has been perfect so far, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering an ADHD assessment.

I honestly cannot praise Dr Shymaa enough. From the moment the assessment started, she made what could have been a very daunting and emotional appointment feel relaxed, comfortable and completely non-judgemental.

She was incredibly professional, but also genuinely warm and caring. You could immediately tell how passionate she is about her work and how much she truly cares about the children and families she works with.

What meant the most to me was the way she included my son throughout the assessment. She took the time to explain ADHD to him in a way he could understand, including what it means for him, rather than simply talking about him as though he wasn’t there. That really stood out to me as a mum.

The appointment was emotional for me, and I did shed quite a few tears. Dr Shymaa gave me the space to do that without ever making me feel rushed, dismissed or like I was “too much”. She listened to everything I had to say, even when I inevitably started rambling! 😂 She was patient, attentive and genuinely interested in understanding my son as a whole child.

I came away from the appointment feeling heard, understood and reassured that my concerns had been taken seriously.

Dr Shymaa is a credit to her profession, and I feel incredibly grateful that she was the person who assessed my son. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to any parent going through this process. ❤️

The whole process with ADHD certify has been exemplary. From the assessment to the monthly reviews, over the past 5 months. Annisha has been a great support, fantastic knowledge and guidance. The last few sessions with her have been really insightful.

The only way I can think of putting this is, ADHD Certify changed my life.

I spent nearly 35 years struggling with some of lifes most basic tasks and since getting my first appointment, things have got easier. I've been treated like a human, treated with respect and listened to, which isn't always easy. I can't reccomend them enough.

I want to make a special mention for Annisah, who has taken all of the stress out of my medication reviews and helped me along the way, thank you.

This assessment was something i had put off for some time but i did some research, ( i know someone who had used ADHD certify) and booked a slot suitable for me, also with a discount code from website (i payed private). I wasnt sure what to expect and i had played numerous scenarios in my head so i wrote notes which may or may not have been helpful. The assessors picture was not available on website so i didn’t know what to expect, she rang me to let me know of a technical issues she was having so was running a bit late. When assessment started i was happy to see Kerri was a normal everyday person which made me feel at ease. I only had my phone for video assessment so was holding it throughout so i dont think my fidget/active side was as visible as it could have been. Kerri was fantastic, i didnt feel rushed and she contacted me later with results and again listened to me as she said she wanted me to feel heard which i did. I think for me the only thing i thought that would have been of benefit to me with time blindness and no clock in the room i was in was an initial ‘your session is ….long’ and i would have asked for an alarm 15 minutes before the end as i know i had so much to say/overshare but that alarm could have helped me know the session was coming to a close. I know everyone is different. I have since recommended ADHD certify to people looking at assessment process

Assessor Kerri Burke was very good with my son he felt comfortable and able to be transparent with her. Questions were worded and explained in a way he understood so he felt at ease.
