I ordered the bag in both Black and Burgundy — they’re perfect! The quality is excellent, delivery was fast, and communication throughout was great.

The product i got was not what I expected. I paid $169 and they want to only return $30 for compensation. Absolutely ridiculous for cheap quality bags. Do not buy, you will regret it

I'm sorry... The bags are ok, but not great (I got 2). I wish they had a bit of a better closure at the top. But the reason I will never use them is the unpleasant odor. I don't mind a leather smell but this is something more. Dye maybe? I tried turning them inside out, putting them on my deck to air out for a full day... didn't help. It's weeks later and I can smell them from across the room. I won't put clothing articles inside because they pick up the smell. Disappointing. I will donate them somewhere.

I ordered a bag in Burgundy (which is much closer to cherry red) and a satchel in "dark brown" which is actually caramel or camel. beware. Neither are useful to me due to the colors being off. They are pricey a mistake that I want to help y'all avoid

OMGoodness, the quality of the leather, the simple, clean lines and cut of the bag. A true beauty that will last a long time.

Everything is absolutely perfect.

I bought the carryall leather totes. They are spacious, lightweight and the leather is very soft. The unstructured nature of the bag is great for lugging around my day to day needs (shoes, makeup, thirty-two ounce water bottle, umbrella, two pairs of glasses, wallet, keys, phone, rain hat, etc.) and still look nice with room to spare.

I am overall happy with my experiences with Adoratti. The first set I received took a few weeks to arrive. They looked exactly as described though they were stuffed in one dust cover. The others I additionally purchased were each in their own dust covers. The second set came quicker. My only disappointment has been that the yellow tote didn’t look like the nice yellow shown in the photos it instead was a bright sunshine yellow. I contacted the company and they gave me my options of refund and return or return for an exchange with an exchange fee.

Their customer service has been good. Anytime I’ve contacted them, they responded in about a day. I accidentally put the wrong shipping address the second time I ordered. I gave them a call and they fixed it. I was also concerned I wouldn’t receive a tote I bought as a gift in time and they shipped it two day for me.

If they had other colors that I liked I’d be tempted to add to my collection.

Very long wait time. I eventually reached out to the company -they didn't contact me- and was told they were having trouble getting the Yellow bag shipped in. I had been waiting quite a while and they didn't know when the yellow would be available so i changed to the Olive bag. Meh, it's ok. I bought two for one so I also got the off white, However! I would not pay more than that. The bags are okay but not expensive quality and the quad layer interior pocket makes it very (unnecessarily) Heavy. I would recommend at about $80.00.

I bought two bags, one blue and one green and I absolutely love them. I’ve taken them on trips with me as I travel for a living and have gotten so many compliments on the color the texture of the leather and the size of the bag they’re so versatile you can dress them up and dress them down.

The handbags were exactly as described. The colors are beautiful and good workmanship has gone into each bag. I highly recommend.

Review: Disappointed with Quality and Lack of Response

I originally purchased one bag and took advantage of the “buy one, get one free” promotion. I received a $30 credit because the brown bag looked different from what was shown, which I appreciated and decided to keep.

However, the burgundy bag I received has been a big disappointment. It started shedding fuzzy balls from both the inside and the trim—especially noticeable when I wear black clothing, as the fuzz gets all over my clothes. The shedding also occurs when I pull items out of the bag.

I took a video and photos to show the issue and submitted a request for a refund, but I haven’t received any response. I’m really disappointed by both the product quality and the lack of customer service follow-up.
