Pathetic service. Take ages to arive at your property after the alarm went of. They phone and you require asisstance. Take them ages to get here and drive up and down the street and around the corners trying to find the house wich is clearly marked. Past the house 3 times before realising they are at the right place

Pathetic service delivery
I've been with adt 3 months now. Always a struggle. I phoned them to come and move the alarm system which prevoius owners installed. The made a booking for the Thursday. I asked the lady how much will it be to move the alarm system and she rep**** call out fee if R573. I said ok is that to move the system she said yes. The technician came out an hour late. And when he entered he said he doesn't have time to move the system. I said but I made a booking as we are renovating and the boxes will the be in my bathroom. He said he will quote me and come back on Monday. He's quote now suddenly is R1700. When i phoned the call centre I asked to speak to a manager. She said I must wait 20 min then a manager will phone me back. The next day I phoned them to give 20 days notice as I do not get service from them and the call centre is useless. Suddenly a lady phoned me back 5 days later to tell me she'll send me an invoice for cancelation fees of R1700. I said why should I pay for service I'm not getting. So they can brake contracts like they want and when you want to they want to charge you cancelation fees. I told the lady I don't want her invoice she can get a manager to phone me. Still no manager phoned me. They're not even trying to keep their clients. Just I will send a invoice.

Worst company. You cannot get in touch with accounts department. None of the invoices emails have contact details. Paradise creek investments Rustenburg and Brits

Pathetic service from sales team to technical. For your complaint to be attended to you need to make 10 phone calls. For the technical team to attend you need 2 days off.Appointments not kept.

Discussing services, canceled services, got conformation and the thieves still take our money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

On 7 March 2023 a man entered my property and ripped out the copper water piping, living water gushing out. The tenant pushed the panic button and ADT Armed Response arrived 2 hours later and obviously too late to do anything. The thief came back again 2 days later for more piping and this time no one turned up from ADT. He ignored the blaring alarms from us and the neighbours who had joined in because he had learned that no one turns up. A week later on 16th the thief came back for the washing on the line and Armed Response came too late again. I made a phone call to the ADT provincial headquarters and complained. I also suggested they set up a waiting station in the vicinity and hold regular patrols in our area that had become a crime hotspot. The patrol was only seen a few times thereafter before disappearing. I feel this is not value for my R850 that I pay monthly to ensure the safety and security of my house. In fact I feel ripped off every time the amount goes out of my bank account.

I am trying to change my debit order. Should be simple, but not with ADT. They don't respond to emails or WhatsApp. There is no customer support number on their website. When I called their emergency call centre, because that is the only number available, I first couod not hear the agent and then there was such a lot of background noise (like people laughing and shouting), that I could not hear myself. At the end they promised that somebody will call me, but no contact yet. I suppose it will be much easier to switch service providers.
