Horrible horrible disgusting awful product. My doctor thinks this may be the reason I lost my sense of taste and smell. Seriously stay FAR FAR AWAY from this product unless you want blood coming from both ends and on your hands!

Hi Alison,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I wasn’t able to locate your name or order in our customer system, so I’m not certain which product you are referring to. Regarding your comment, experiencing changes to taste or smell is highly unusual with our products. If you are having ongoing issues, we strongly recommend consulting a second opinion from a healthcare professional to ensure there isn’t another underlying cause.

Hi Dan, thank you for your order! I see it was placed late Friday before the Labor Day holiday weekend. Your package shipped out first thing Tuesday morning and is scheduled for delivery by Sunday. Our standard shipping timeframe is 2–5 business days, depending on your location in the U.S. I hope this helps clarify the timeline, and we appreciate your patience.
