Brilliant customer service from Jemma
Dealt with Jemma when finding and financing my new vehicle with advantage finance. She dealt with everything quickly and efficiently. We had a few hiccups along the way but jemma couldn't have been more helpfulin sorting them out for me. The collection process was a breeze and I now have my new car which Im very pleased with.

Absolutely horrible
Absolutely horrible. Avoid this place at all
costs. They are scammers. I’m a single mum. I financed a car from them. My husband passed away and I couldn’t afford the car as it got too much and had a massive oil leak. I returned the car to them. They proceeded to put a charging order on my property and keep chasing me up for money. I told them my husband passed away and I couldn’t afford to pay. Then I returned the car. They still keep chasing me up for money. This has really affected my mental health. Avoid this horrible place they will put a charging order on your property. Cruel company that only cares about money nothing else

Sold vehicle with potentially lethal recall. Company are the worst to deal with.
I was sold a motorcycle that had a serious recall that was active prior to purchase and so therefore I tried to reject the bike. I was almost killed due to the recall. I couldn't use the vehicle for 5 months as the finance company wouldn't intervene when it couldn't be done. They are the most unsympathetic and worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Wouldn't even refund the time I couldn't use the bike.
Didn't treat my complaint as a "complaint" therefore trying to avoid customers complaining to the financial ombudsman.

Absolutely tremendous service helped me do what was necessary to pay my bills due to my work changing my dates. She also give me a bit of a insight for further payments and when I asked if I could pay more when I have spare money she come to no end of help brilliant.
