He is very knowledgeable about the investments he is selling and also very patient - I started talking to him in April 2023 and he has kept in regular contact with me, taking the time to find out what I was looking for without pressuring me at all. Josh was the real estate consultant I dealt with. E really holds your hand and guides you through the doubts you have. The most impressive thing is, he is not just about the property, he actually cares about you as a customer and asks how you are.
Josh is transparent and has a very high integrity. I really think without him in the middle of this transaction, it would have been too quiet, and my worries, will have been unanswered questions, about this being a good deal will have taken over and I will have pulled out. Josh was always their to answer all my crucial questions.

Daniel did a wonderful job of following up, answering questions, coming up with possible solutions. He was always available, never pushy.
In the end, we chose not to invest, almost entirely because of distance from the rest of the family, whom we are wanting to be closer to as we make our move from Canada to the UK.
In short, the package Daniel had to offer was very good, but overshadowed by non-financial issues. I wouldn't hesitate to deal with Daniel again if things ever change for us.
