Great people to work with
I’m new to property investment and contacted Advantage Investment following a recommendation from a friend. I haven’t been disappointed. I heard back from Rio, he provided the information I needed in a timely manner.Rio’s whole manner was positive and encouraging without being pushy - in marked contrast to some of his competitors.
I haven’t found the ideal properties yet but Rio and I are still looking at options - it’s a big decision and it’s been a good experience working with someone on my wavelength, good company, backed by good people in my opinion

Very knowledgeable, Highly recommended, Fantastic experience with Daniel
It was pleasure dealing with Daniel. Most importantly he listened and understood my requirements well. He was always helpful, patient, and detailed. He kept me apprised with all the information I needed. We had many conversations in which we discussed risk, potential return on investment, property management and so on.

A great experience dealing with Advantage Investment and their Superstar Leo
I felt that I needed to leave a review for Advantage Investments and in particular Leo Hayden. I'd been thinking about investing in a property for a while and finally took the plunge after many discussions with Leo, who made things very clear, understood what was important to me and made the whole process so easy and actually fun !
Leo is super passionate about the property investment market and was also able to give me some great contacts to set up a Ltd company for my investment and a solicitor to get the exchange done, quickly and easily.
