I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Ad William. Not only did their team leave a scratch mark on my vehicle during their work, but the paint job they carried out is already chipping away.
When I raised this issue, I expected them to take responsibility and resolve it. Instead, they asked me to claim through my insurance, despite it clearly being their mistake. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.
To make matters worse, their customer service team has been unhelpful throughout this process, showing a lack of accountability and care for their customers.
As a customer, I trusted them to provide quality service, but they have failed to meet even basic standards. I would caution others to think twice before using their services unless they make significant improvements to their workmanship and customer service.

From start to finish a friendly, professional and efficient service. Everyone was keen to make sure the damage to the car was resolved as quickly as possible and to the highest possible standard.

Worst experience ever. They’ve had my car for almost a month and a half.
I was told it would get delivered after a month and a half between the hours of 1-4, spent the whole day at home only to be told at 5, due to some technical issues, they are unable to deliver the car on the day.
I was told my car would be taken from their North London Garage to Brighton as the North London Garage was too busy, on the promise that it would be taken on recovery so that no miles are added.
They failed on both commitments, as my car was driven from Brighton and it too almost two months to get the repairs done.
I asked Havens claims to intervene many time but to no avail. I cannot understand how they come be so poor but they seem to be the preferred Garages for Havens and Accorn Insurance. What is going on that we don’t know?

Communication was an issue initially. However, once that was pointed out the improvement and response was immediate, positive and productive.

This company was on the ball. They contacted me straight away after I reported my car accident. They explained the procedure and the breakdown truck arrived exactly when they said it would. Afterwards I got an email showing all the parts of my car that were damaged and that it would be written off. I also got a call to ask if there were any personal items I needed to pick up. A D Williams were professional and very helpful - I can’t fault their efficiency at every stage. Also sensitive to what is a rotten experience. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

They came to pick up my car within 24 hours of my accident and left me a courtesy car at the same time, and although my car was with them for about 6 weeks, they kept me updated at all times. I would thoroughly recommend AD Williams - Enfield and would use them again if the need arose.

Aled is reliable professional and does not waste time doing the job. He was in, out and my 2 year old elec problem was solved and a Hive fitted.

Vehicle was returned without the dashcam/gps suction pad unit. They never replied to my message asking why. I purchased a new unit at a cost of nearly £60. However the camera doesn’t work in the car but does with the PC. I will now need to get a car electrician
to look at this.
