I am updating my previous 1-star review to 5 stars solely because of Adzuna's good customer support. After voicing my frustrations, a real human from their team actually reached out directly to address my concerns and completely resolve the issue. In a world of endless automated bots, seeing a company show genuine accountability and take swift, personalized action to fix a user's experience is incredibly rare and refreshing.

That being said, my original critique stands as constructive feedback: the platform's automated system sends an overwhelming volume of daily emails, which can quickly clutter an inbox and feel incredibly counterproductive to a job search.

However, because their team proved they are attentive, care about real user feedback, and are willing to manually step in to ensure high-quality service, they absolutely deserve recognition. Great UX is nothing without a dedicated team behind it, and Adzuna’s customer service truly delivered here.

Alot of applications through iq applications that went out for relevant jobs, although some i wouldn't be interested in. However, a few that I probably wouldn't have applied to myself went through, got an interview and actually received a job offer. I didn't take it as I landed a job i was more my line of work. Thank you adzuna iq applications, it boosted my confidence and chances of getting a job.

I have been able to get interviews through this platform, what I love best is the automatic applications that match your skill section which is very useful

Unable to upload a cover letter and when you get a copy of the application it creates a default cover note for you which is very basic and undermines your application. Unable to track or even see your application. Worst site ever and hopefully no decent company tries using them

ApplyIQ and ValueMyCV are great tools for jobseekers, particularly in the UK and US.

Since registered on iq, i've continuously receiving notifications for jobs applications. It's very much facilitating the job requesting.

Saves a lot of time on applying for jobs

I am currently looking for a new job and using ApplyIQ is easy, you just put in your experience and they match jobs with your experience and apply for you.

It’s been seamless and easy to set up.

It makes a very welcome change for a recruitment agency to make applications easier to accomplish. Many still have you repeating form filling again and again. Well done Adzuna.

They automatically applied for roles I had missed, I was looking for the last 7 months due to redundancy, my job was looking for a job. Quite accurate with the positions applied to , a couple I was under qualified but I was rejected by the company anyway.

Irrelevant / low-quality job matches: I get far too many email alerts, and the targeting is poor. Around 80% of the emails are not what I was looking for. The platform also feels very dated, with lots of technical bugs and failed submissions. On top of that, the application flow is confusing: when you click to apply for a job, it sends you to another website, and then another one. It’s both annoying and makes the whole experience feel spammy.

Waste of time and really filling my inbox with adverts stating " new" always expired or just not there. So they advertise after the jobs gone. Avoid this you were warned

The features of the app are quite good, but unfortunately, no application has materialised into an interview.

It is really great way of applying for a job. Saved me so much time and less stressful. I recommend it.

The capability of applying to organisations on your behalf. It is a proactive approach proposed by other organisations that are preoccupied in the creation of profiles rather than the following step. 20 years to reach this understanding.
