Unfortunately your shop wasn't open in Backwell so I had to order on line. The on-line service was fine.

Antwort von Albert E James & Son Ltd
Dear Paul
It looks like you are referring to Equicraft in Backwell, which is an independent shop and has no connection with our business. It also seems that ordering online directly from Albert E James was 'fine' so we're a bit perplexed as to the 3 star rating. You can see from our ratings that 99% consider giving 5 stars for service, so is there something that has gone wrong with your order?
Positive customer ratings are critical to our business, so we would very much like to put right anything that you were not happy with. Please call us on 01275 463496 to discuss any problem.
