Really great experience with Phoenix and patient coordinator Sanem. They were able to accommodate my needs with a last-minute request due to my bad experience with another clinic. My request was very special because I needed to find a doctor who removes Aquafilling filler from my breasts. There aren't many experts in that field, so I was so pleased they recommended the best doctor , who is very professional, has a calming nature, and is happy to answer every question. I had a consultation on Monday, all the required tests the same day, and the surgery on Tuesday. The hospital care was superb; all the hospital staff were helpful and friendly, always there for me. Most importantly, the beautiful hotel I was accommodated in was next to the hospital, booked by Phoenix as part of the package, so I could return to the hotel the day after surgery. I saw the doctor twice after the surgery, the second time for the final checkup before my return to the UK. I can't wait to see the doctor in 6 month's time to have the breast uplift and implants.
