Full scam, i ordered multiple products on the 20th of April, never received them. They advertise to ve an Irish company full bull. dont waste your money

Ordered 29th March and never received cant get a refund. Advertising as an Irish company while based in China should not be allowed. Only ordering from reputable company's in future.

Absolutely disgraceful service ordered in March and didn’t receive till few weeks ago tried to contact them for a refund (radio silence) such a waste of money I really believed
It was an Irish company too.. would be afraid to use on skin.

Mistakenly i have been sucked into the same ordeal as most.
Product ordered over 2 months ago.
Had one email response from them and now complete radio silence. NEVER AGAIN!!
Please do not order from them anyone, they need to be taken of Shopfy, Shop, all platforms. Not to be trusted.

Ordered from this company, not Irish, still no order received 3 months later, certainly a scam. BEWARE

I ordered Collagen Night Mask × 3 on the 28th March, my account was debited on the 30th March. I have emailed the company on four different occasions, I got a reply to my first two emails stating that my goods were on the way, no response from my last two emails and no sign of the goods. This is a scam. Don't order from this company.

Rate is Zero ! Advertised as an Irish company, product was made in Ireland, ordered on the 26th April 2026 and Zero, no response, product is from China and refuses to reply to emails !! I am normally so carful when I shop on line but this was a good fake ! Please be aware and DO NOT PURCHASE !!

Ordered 23 March....believed Irish based company. Received my order 13 May. Product made in China. Haven't used

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is a total SCAM. Don’t get caught like I did. I ordered products 4th April and got a bad feeling after I was constantly asked to put more products onto order after initial order. I looked up Trust pilot (which I should have done beforehand) the next day and even tried to cancel the order and rang my bank to report it as fishy and stop the pending payment (which they couldn’t do). I received emails in response to my query to cancel. Straight after this request , I received an email saying my products were shipped (5th April) Then I received one a few days later to say the order had been delayed by a few days due to a huge amount of orders. Well, it’s 40 days later and I’m still waiting. I never order from FB ads AND I NEVER WILL AGAIN. SCAMMERS.

Made a purchase from Aevrea on 31st March thinking it was an Irish company. Been in constant contact with Arianne through email having not received the product in the 5 to 10 day window frame. Says she cannot refund product and she is working with courier to find out where my product is. Totally now realise it's a scam after reading reviews here. Wish I did my research before purchasing.

AVOID - SCAM company making out they are Irish. Ordered 26th March. Not a sign of anything yet. Having read all the other reviews, looks like I'm not the only one.

I was led to believe this was an Irish based company.... LIARS!!. Ordered 26th March. Have still not received product, although now I wouldn't trust it anyway. I am getting replies on emails sent but the exact same generic reply. DO NOT ORDER from this company.

Totally agree with all of the comments here. This is a pure scam company. I have logged a complaint with the CCPC and would encourage everyone who has been scammed by them to do the same.
