Affinity Solar Solutions Bewertungen

Installation prompt and professional. Minor problem with scaffolding sorted promptly. Overall housing energy has run at a profit all summer once we got the battery use and charging right.

The service I received was amazing. The whole process was done so professionally, by a friendly and knowledgeable team. Would absolutely recommend 10/10

Responsive to any questions I might ask

The installation was completed to time and the system has performed really well ever since without any issues. I am really pleased.

When I decided to purchase solar panels I shortlisted a few firms and had chat with them. Sam from Affinity was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He provided a detailed quote which was competitive so I agreed and paid the deposit. Sam kept in touch throughout the process and by the time installation day come around I already felt confident.

18 Panels, invertor, 2 batteries and a gateway all fitted in one day. My home was left clean and tidy. The guys got me set up on the app after connecting the devices to the wifi. When they finished for the day, everything was working and I could see every in the App.

In August I made £80 and only had to pay the standing charge for the electricity. I have about 11kw battery capacity which runs the house after sun down and is usually at about 60-70% in the morning. This will change in the winter but I have cheap electricity at night time so I can charge the batteries if required.

I am very happy with my investment and I am glad that I choose Affinity Solar solutions. I will always choose a local firm if possible.

Affinity installed our solar panels and batteries earlier this year. The installation went smoothly, any questions we had were answered quickly and we are very pleased with the system.

Our Solar panels were installed about a year ago, the installation itself was very good the fitter were always friendly and courtious. The whole insatllation was fitted to a high standard
The panels have provided a good source of green energy which has greatly reduced our electricity bills.
I would totally recomend the company

I recently had solar panels and a battery installed by Affinity Solar Solutions, and the entire experience was exceptional. From the start, Sam, the Managing Director, was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain the equipment and my potential energy generation in detail. After a site visit, he also gave me the option to increase my system from 12 to 15 panels, presenting it without any hard sales pressure.

The installation team was equally professional. Their workmanship was excellent, the cabling was incredibly tidy, and they were polite, efficient, and meticulous about leaving the property as clean as they found it. They also took the time to explain the system setup and the accompanying app thoroughly.

With a seamless process and highly competitive pricing, I couldn’t be happier with the result. I would not hesitate to recommend Affinity Solar Solutions to anyone looking to invest in solar energy.

The whole team from start to finish kept us informed of progress. Neat and tidy installation from scaffolders, roofers and electrician. Quick process from quotation to finished install.
Would recommend to all.

I knew for ages that l wanted a solar system package, however l did not know for sure what l really wanted until affinity solar solutions put a leaflet through our front door, that’s when l started talking to them about what l thought l needed and their ideas on what l could have and the possibilities to get the best out of the space that l had on my roof and the equipment that needed to make our home electrically efficient . Pay back for the investment did not come into question at the time of my enquiry, but that was a paragraph in their quotation that decided it was the way ro go . After a few days of deliberation, l placed the order with infinity, on the day the engineers turned up at our address and started work everything was installed in about 5 hours. No mess no fuss and tidy the system was explained to me with a web site that l could view and a telephone number l could call if l had any queries , which I did have relating to a circuit breaker which kept tripping and shutting the solar array down was replaced . To date we have had no usage on our electricity and every day the solar array makes energy for me and then topping up the national-grid with electricity which we have made over and beyond topping up my battery to keep us using energy from the grid . Thanks infinity for helping me get solution l longed for . And thanks for keeping an eye on my software to make sure l’ m getting the best out of it.
Regards

We were really impressed with this company. The no-pressure consultation was the most thorough I've experienced for any work we've looked at for our house; the communication was fantastic; and they really went above and beyond after installation to make sure everything was running properly. Highly recommended!

We had our 1st set of solar panels fitted 2 years ago and the service from enquiry stage to fully fitted was amazing. Very professional and fitted in a day. Clean and tidy, in and out, all in one day. Cleaned up all their mess too. We were that impressed that now we have moved house Affinity is fitting out new solar panels to our new bungalow. Resonably priced too. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Affinity Solar Solutions used a leaflet drop to advertise which i don't usually respond to, however after talking with the company i decided to ask for a home visit to discuss and answer some queries i had with solar panels. Roman came and explained all aspects of the system which was extremely helpful but not pushy. I had a quote and after comparing with others i decided to proceed. The work was carried out the following week by 2 very capable fitters who were very professional and respected my property, they were quick and clean and tidy and completed within a full day. The electrician who installed the batteries was very helpful as to how the installation would look outside the property and was mindful of how the electric box would be situated within the property, again very professional and helpful quick clean and tidy. the whole job was done very efficiently and all the work completed with every thing explained. I am able to track the effectiveness of the solar panels remotely which has show to be very efficient in terms of consumption of power The company boss Sam was very supportive, i would certainly recommend Affinity Solar Systems.

No hassle from start to finish, from survey to installation all went well. The system works as it should and we are very happy with the end result.

The complete journey from sales to installation to after sales support has impressed me. The solar solution was tailored with precision to our needs and budget. The system continues to deliver at or above the pre-sales projections.

Sam and his team were ,Quick and efficient , very professional. Panels work well for us.

Excellent service from initial meeting and quotation, through installation and after sales care. The whole team were very courteous and professional, would definitely recommend them from our experience.

Sam and his team installed our initial system about 2 years ago, followed by adding extra batteries at the beginning of this year. We have received excellent service and advice from them and would fully recommend them for their installation services. Their estimated times for repaying back the installation costs through electricity savings have proved to be correct so far.

From start to finish everything went very smoothly. I had been thinking about solar for a number of years , but it was all explained and absolutely no pressure at the sales point at all . Actually that's why I went for it .
Sam was there at the end of the phone as I did have a few questions 😊. I was also helped with numbers of reliable builders for other work which was appreciated.
I am so pleased I went ahead , the performance has been better than I imagined .
Thanks Sam and team .

We were very happy. Communication was good. Planning to maximise the benefits and provide optimum setup was good. The guys who installed did a great job so would recommend. Already seeing the benefits
