I booked flights from LAX to PDX last minute and the agent Charlie at affluence travels gave me the best deal and saved me almost 400 Bucks as compared to other travel agencies
I had a wonderful experience with Affluence Travels. I booked a return flight from Dubai to New York back in November 2025, from the moment I opened their website to the final booking confirmation, everything was straightforward, really it was "everything at the table" kinda moment for me, which they claim. The seats, baggage options, meal and add-ons were all laid out clearly on a single page and I just had to click the buttons, no hidden pop-ups, no confusing steps and no hidden fees sneaking up at the end.
What impressed me was the speed, within 5 minutes I had selected my flight, added a meal and extra baggage, paid online and received my booking confirmation email.
Horrible people. Scam, scam, scammers. I will be reporting you all.
$250 taken from my account. I requested a refund, it’s now November 21, 2025 and I haven’t received it yet.

I called them to add my KTN number to my passenger information and in the process was told that I did not even have a flight. When I questioned that the agent hung up on me. I called back- of course very concerned about being told that my confirmation number did not exist, I explained myself and requested a supervisor and was again hung up on. I went to the website and confirmed I in fact did have a flight but called to speak to a supervisor about the inaccurate information I was provided and when I requested a supervisor again I was asked why and when I said to make a complaint about an employee that person hung up on me.

I spoke to someone on the phone and they asked for my credit card info. Once i gave it to them there was a 400 dollar charge and then they tried to charge 13,000 dollars. Lucky my card blocked the second purchase.

This company is completely fake and a scam. DO NOT!!! and I mean DO NOT!!! use their services. They operate out of a call center in India and use a fake address in the US. They stole over $300 from me and when I asked where their head office is located their employee said “No”. They said they booked me a flight ticket and sent me a fake confirmation email with no ticket attached. Do not use them!!! I’m going to be reporting them to the better business bureau

Representative didn’t introduce himself, by mistake I called there number asking for Egypt air, he continued without correcting me and asked me information about my ticket, and said : oh it’s always an issue when booking through a third party ( like they are the mother company not 3rd party ),there was no damage I believe but this representative misrepresented and mislead me and grabbed information from me knowing that I want to talk to different people.
