⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service — Highly Recommend Joelle!

Joelle was absolutely awesome! I needed a Builder’s Risk insurance policy at the last minute so I could get my construction draw completed, and she made it happen within a matter of hours.

She immediately got on the phone, handled everything, got the policy issued, added the mortgagee, and even communicated directly with my lender to make sure everything was taken care of correctly.

Her communication was excellent throughout the entire process. She was professional, respectful, responsive, and genuinely went above and beyond to get everything completed quickly.

Because of Joelle’s help, I was able to get my draw done without any further delays.

Was working overtime and entered the store approximately 1 hour before closing only to made aware that store was closing in about one hour. The employee (Harmony) informed us that business account will be opened no matter what time it may be because we entered before closing. We were about to just find another vendor for commercial account but she went far beyond to explain everything about services and competitors. little did she know we checked everything she told us out on social media and she was 100+ percent on point. She was like a fortune teller telling us about our choice being the best around. Harmony was more than professional, she was excellence. She went into overtime when confronted with payment. She waited until funds were transferred from overseas to make the transfer. I have told all my friends about my amazing experience and they literally thought I was joking about how good the service was. I manage to convenience four people to change their services from their present carrier. This employee named Gee came in later and informed us that our company phones will be available shortly and, although the store was closed, they will not leave until we were satisfied. Hell yes, we were satisfied. I anticipate bringing at least 9 people to T Mobile and I'm sure that they will be satisfied.
