I placed an order a week ago and after…
I placed an order a week ago and after a confirmatory email have received no communication at all. When I tried to phone there was only voicemail. I am now going to go and get redress through my credit card.
Most online firms send emails tracking the order. This only appears to be possible with this firm through a QR code and it does not seem to work. Why bother to offer a service a service if you can't deliver it?
Very unimpressed. Would definitely not recommend this firm.

Dear Sarah,
Many thanks for your order. We spoke to you on the phone in regards to a slight delay of it being dispatched. We offered to send the order (as quickly as we could), or alternatively issue a full refund instead.
As you chose for the refund option, there would obviously be no email sent from us (regarding delivery tracking / information), as we complied with your request, and hence refunded you, instead of dispatching it.
It was not necessary to contact your credit card provider, as we issued your full refund immediately, when you requested it on the phone call.
Contrary to what you've stated here, we DO send automated emails, with tracking information. These are generated within minutes of the respective order being dispatched. We do not use QR codes for our delivery tracking, so we do not understand this point.

First time buyer
First time buyer, I was worried at first as there was no confirmation of order after placing it, thought it could be a scam.
How wrong I was. Arrived a few days after ordering and the quality of my jumpers was excellent.
I will definitely be a returning customer and spreading the word to my family and friends 😀

First time ordering from this company…
First time ordering from this company and what can I say. I ordered PJ's for my grandaughter which arrived promptly. Unfortunately one of the pairs of PJ's were two different ages. The bottoms were 2-3 and the top was 4-5. I think this was a fault of the original company and not afford the style as they were attached. I contacted afford the style by email and wow, probably the best customer service of any company I have ever used. They replied the same day and corrected the issue by sending a replacement the same day. I will definitely be using afford the style in the future and the products I received were excellent. Thankyou
