AffPapa promotes partners that do not pay affiliates
I’m writing this review to raise a serious concern regarding AffPapa’s partner promotion practices.
AffPapa actively promotes and collaborates with 1st.partners, a company I worked with under a confirmed CPA agreement. After delivery, the agreement was changed, payment was refused, and my account was suspended while they continued to profit from the traffic I delivered.
I have full documentation of the agreement, delivery, and communication. I also reached out to AffPapa directly to inform them of the situation and provide context. Despite this, AffPapa has continued to promote and support this partner publicly.
When a platform positions itself as a trusted industry resource, it also carries responsibility for who it promotes. Continuing cooperation after being informed of unresolved payment disputes is concerning.
Affiliates rely on AffPapa to identify reliable partners. Based on my experience, proper due diligence and accountability appear to be lacking in this case.
I strongly recommend affiliates to be cautious and do their own verification before working with partners promoted through AffPapa.

Hi Ossama, thanks for sharing your feedback. At AffPapa, we take complaints seriously and would like to clarify a few points.
AffPapa Directory doesn’t actively promote any companies; businesses join our platform to promote themselves and connect with others. Besides, our company is not involved in individual agreements, as partnerships are handled between affiliates and operators without any middleman from our side.
Regarding your case, our team (including our CEO) attempted multiple times to reach out and requested additional details from you, however, we haven’t heard back from you and were also unable to identify any approved account associated with your claim. As a result, no formal complaint has been submitted through our system.
However, note that this doesn’t mean we ignore such issues. At AffPapa, we regularly review and clean up our directory, for example, last year alone, we blocked 12 operators and over 40 affiliates. So, any user can submit a complaint, and once submitted, both parties are given time to resolve the issue, and if it’s not addressed, we take action, including removing companies from the platform.
So, you are more than welcome to submit your complaint through our system, and we’ll review it in line with our internal process.
