I initially spoke to Andrew Mannino & Jason Konior regarding an MCA loan, which was my 1st mistake. After getting that loan from him, he then offered me a 2nd loan...
Like many others, I was offered a Fake Line Of Credit, in my case it was $217k.

But in order to "apply" I had to pre-pay 4%. So (in my ignorance) I paid them $8,700. They said it would be funded in 2-3 weeks. They made up lie about how Vanguard was "inflating numbers" so they froze all the loans. All of a sudden they stop answering the phone, and when they do answer, they would push it until "Next week".

Its now been almost 3 months. The loan does not exist. I havent defaulted on my current loan, nor have I taken an additional loan and I meet all requirements, so they cannot say I was denied for any reason.

They are now trying to play it off as if the prepaid points I paid them were actually points for the first loan that I took out...which is a blatant lie.

This company has defrauded me and many others, check the BBB & Trust Pilot for many more similar reviews.

Jason Konior and his Ponzi scheme, in my opinion, should be ashamed of what they are perpetuating with honest, hardworking business professionals. I fully intend to continue to pursue our grievance daily until justice is found. Bait and switch, to say the least. Then he tries to blame it on rogue employees. If that were the case, he would have stood behind the legally signed documents to make it right, which he did not! Be sure to look him up. Lots of previous past legal issues to find. Run, don't walk away if you get a call from Alternative Funding Solutions or any new company Jason Konior may try to hide behind. He is the root of the problem from the research I've done! I have no expectation of recouping my losses. This public review is solely written to protect others from the same consequences of trusting Jason and AFS and hoping the legal system puts a hard stop to their malicious actions.

I have been working with Jason Kay since the end of September 2025. I was promised a 1.5% LOC for a two year term if I took a horrible cash advance/revenue loan from Forward Financing. The idea was I build up a history with Forward and then they provide me with a $100,000 LOC and I use a portion of the LOC to clear the Forward loan. The agreement cost be the horrible loan with Forward and 4% of the promised $100,000. So I’ve paid AFS $4,000 for nothing. Communication has been horrible. So I think it’s safe to say I have fallen for a LOC scam. Whatever you do stay away from AFS and Forward if you can avoid it. There a better companies that charge less than the cash on capital that Forward does. RUN AWAY from AFS.

11/14/25 update: I just filed a complaint of consumer fraud with the attorney general of NYS.
